Pros: The resort is amazing. There is no need to leave this beauty. Its quite big and staff are very friendly and accomodating. Most food and drinks are included as part of your stay and not an extra.

Exceptional relaxing stay.

Pros: The overall atmosphere was relaxing. Staff were helpful,friendly and eager to please. Nazli and Nahide took care of us and made sure everything was upto our expectations. Food variety was excellent. Clean rooms. Would certainly come back.

Cons: Sometimes a sewege scent was present in the room. Some of the hotel restaurants were not available. Selection and the pool bar/beach restaurant was a bit limited.

It was a truly unforgettable experience

Pros: One aspect that truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional staff. I would like to personally acknowledge Ms. Nahide for her outstanding help and care. We had initially booked a room with king bed but upon arrival, she immediately assisted us in changing to a room that suited our preferences. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our stay. The main restaurant, Boreas, was a culinary delight. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The main pool area was nothing short of fantastic. The immaculate pool was inviting and the surrounding amenities were top-notch. The pool snack restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exquisite dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and the high attention to detail in every dish. In the evenings, the resort offered a range of night activities specially in the event area. The live musics and performances provided a wonderful ambiance and we had a fantastic time enjoying the entertainment.

Cons: The housekeeping service could use a slight improvement. Although our room was kept clean, there were a few occasions where small details were overlooked.

An absolutely wonderful stay and unforgettable holiday

Pros: Overall we were very happy with our 4 nights stay at Be Premium Bodrum. We had a superior room with an amazing view. The staff in the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. Some even knew I like to drink Heineken after some time. The service is really supreme and the food was over the top. You can eat good food at the main restaurant but we recommend to also eat in one of the a la carte restaurants. We ate in the Nepenthes restaurant and had a lovely conversation with the restaurant manager Serkan. He invited us to spend our last night also in the restaurant. He took us fully by surprise when he prepared our table with roses and candles, see picture. We had a lovely evening and we want to give special thanks to Serkan again. We ask Bepremium to forward our thanks to Serkan. The hotel is not cheap but its the worth the money. We are already thinking of coming back next year. Sidenote: if you want to fear for your life, you should try the ringo at the watersports near the beach.
