Pros: The front desk lady is phenomenal, however the building has a bad smell and needs some work. Lots of mosquitoes, poor wifi but free parking.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was really clean, and the breakfast was very good. The bus stop to the center is in front of the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean, the pool was open but too cold for us in October, breakfast was good. Young man on reception was really helpful with local travel information.

Cons: The greeting on arrival was rude and abrupt because there was a small queue, other members of staff were great and helpful though. Its not too far in a taxi to the centre of Florence but its 20-30 one way so would book closer if visiting again.

Decent place to spent a night or two.

Pros: Location was good, as both buses for city center (to go and come back) were stopping opposite of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Had a few options. Beds were nice and soft and bathroom was nice. I could say it was quite spacious.

Cons: Didnt like the fact that its quite old. Needs a decent renovation. Also you could see that there is lack of staff. Reception staff was all the time the same people, didnt happen to me as long as I were in Italy and also while we were there, after 12 reception was closed. Quite poor for a 4 star hotel. Last but not least pool was under functional with result me and my friend staying locked on pool area until finding the Emergency exit.

Very disappointing, and didnt match up to the florence scenery.

Cons: Couldnt get an iron on arrival due to the staff now knowing what room they last gave them to, so had to wait and wait, the bath was damaged and black in areas, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the phone didnt work to call reception due to exposed wires.

Cons: staff at reception wasn't too nice nor efficient - the check in took a long time, and when asked for more towels beacuse there was only one set in the bathroom, it took very long to get them.

Cons: Photos are clearly from the year it was built nothing like what we arrived to. Looked like a derelict building in car park in the middle of no where, once inside it got no better. Rooms are dated concrete floors that are cracked and mouldy bathroom the same with mould in the walls they clearly tried painting over. Quilts are stained and bed felt damp, house keeping just let themselves didnt knock! Thats was about 10minutes after I arrived.Thankfully i was dressed! Went down to use the pool and terrace for drinks (reason I booked this hotel) to find door locked and reception had no idea why and that it just wasnt open - awaited Manager to get back to us never did. No signs up or wasnt informed on arrival this was the case. Worst nights sleep could feel every spring in the mattress and upstairs room noisy til 1am. Breakfast not a lot of choice and coffee machine didnt work. So over all if I could of got money back and checked out I would have . I would never book here again!!!

Cons: I have arrived to the hotel at 13.00, I was advised that it could take longer with the room. I have left for a walk. Later my colleague has informed me that there no clean rooms and they are waiting for hours to check in. So I decided even to stay longer out as much as I could in oder just not to seat in the lobby. I came back at 19.30!!!! and my room was not ready yet. So I have been out the whole day, I had an early flight and I needed to have my rest, but my room wasnt ready at 19.30!!!. I have been told that it will be ready in 15 min. I put my luggage in the room, but it wasnt even started cleaning. I again left to give the time to clean. I was walking again an hour or more. Coming back and my room wasnt even started. Then I was personally asking a cleaning person to clean my room that Im waiting for it, he was on the floor cleaning another room and again left to give him time. When I come back the room wasnt clean again!!!! Furthermore the cleaning person just did the bed with the same linen!!!! which was before in the room. Left dirty used towels there, trash etc. So I have searched cleaning person again and again had to ask to clean the room. I have asked to make the bed( at least one) with the fresh linen. And stayed this time in the room to control. I have had to control cleaning of room, how is it possible to imagine!!!!!! Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly neither the room. I have asked at least to take the trash out. So as such I have got my room at 21.30 finally to get some rest and shower while my flight was at 5.00 in the morning. I had to stay all day out. So in one word I had to stay in the room which wasnt clean as such and I have almost slept on the linen from previous people, if I wouldnt not insist air wouldnt even be changed at all. Interesting that the hotel has promised a refund and to send request about it on email . I did so, and reminder later and no feedback for one month, so they are have just lied.

Overpriced, poor quality with broken rooms

Pros: Breakfast service was enjoyable

Cons: Incredibly overpriced for what was provided, the room's air-conditioning was producing an unbearable odour which meant we had to keep it off and open the windows. The window door frames itself were broken. Staff at reception couldn't accommodate timely check-in. Stayed at this place in 2016 and it was fantastic, but wouldn't recommend now.
