    Quiet and Comfortable

    Pros: This quiet hotel is on the outskirts of Coutances surrounded by trees. It's very good value for money. The rooms are of good size and the beds very comfortable. Many of the rooms have recently been upgraded as have some of the larger salons. Breakfast is very good and the staff very friendly. A very good stop over for exploring the many local sites.

    Seemed very run down

    Pros: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was accommodating when I asked for another room.
    Cons: The first room I had, in the bathroom, was covered in black mold. I don't know how it was legal to rent out a room with that much black mold. It was disgusting.

    Cons: We had to move rooms when the rain started pouring through the ceiling. Thankfully we were moved to a much better, cleaner room.

    Pros: Spacious family room. 1 double bed 2 double sofa beds. Very nice friendly (and English speaking!) staff. Pretty good continental breakfast.
    Cons: Only a 5 minute drive to town. Fairly basic. WiFi was really quite bad.

    Pros: Excellent value for money hotel in optimal location beautifully appointed among the trees on the outskirts of lovely coutances. Excellent attentive staff. Area peaceful. Breakfast delicious with option of freshly squeezed orange juice. Complimentary tea/coffee/water in a sitting area for guests off the foyer which is a lovely idea. Also complimentary water in room.
    Cons: There are no negatives Wish we could stay longer!

    Superb

    Pros: Very helpful reception who advised local restaurants and spoke English very well. Plenty of parking. Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Good location near to main roads and a short drive to the centre. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Very good value for money.

    Wonderful

    Great hidden gem after long day

    Pros: We arrived late at night, and were warmly welcomed. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean had the free coffee in the lobby the morning we headed out.
