Pros: Friendly service, clean rooms, easy to get to.

Cons: I was locked out a few times, my key did not work on the front door, but worked on the side door, so I had to walk around, because the staff was nowhere to be seen. We were also expecting breakfast.

Cons: Room was small and freezing, sink had stains in it, floor was cold as ice, AC would turn on for no reason, mold smell in the room. Would not recommend

Cons: Snowed 4 - 5", no snow shoveling or plowing. Steps were treacherous as was walking in the parking lot. The explanation at the front desk is we don't have a maintenance person on the weekends.

Pros: Room was Clean.Bed was comfortable for the most part. Pillows not so much.

Cons: Stopped serving breakfast a few years back.The smell of weed In the hallway when going outside to smoke.Hardly seen employees around. Property went downhill as far as upkeep.Fitness facilities also stopped. Just a general disappointment since the last time I had stayed there.

Cons: The website is wrong , there’s no court yard , no wine tasting. We looked for the gym and never seen one. I think the property is getting used as a half way house , the lobby was always full of people with bags of clothes and begging for money.

Cons: People smoking marijuana- came into our bathroom.Staff knew of this problem for months. Coffee in lobby poor- no decaf, hot water for tea was lukewarm, no Splenda type sweetener. Also, staff left at 3 pm. Social Service clients stayed there- dealing drugs. Not going back ever.
