Cons: The fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived, when it was it leaked everywhere, hence why it wasn't. The sheets were like parachute material, plastic sound all night when turning over or moving. Also asked for joining rooms but was never told we couldn't do it until we arrived. They never returned calls. I had to call 3 times to request carpark booking.

Pros: That they moved us to a different room when we asked

Cons: Cockroaches in first room, then moved to a 2nd room that only had a quilt for the main bed but I was sharing with my brother (we originally had twin beds) so I had to sleep on the bunk bed with just a blanket.

Cons: Very dirty. Massive build up around toilet door frames. Not sure what it was but was attempted to be bleached but was about half inch thick something?? Someone else’s hair was hanging off the hook on the back of the toilet door. Walls and floors were filthy. Bed sheets were clean thankfully. Took photos it was SO bad.

Pros: Room service staff very friendly.

Cons: On arrival spoke to reception after waiting along time. Others were waiting as well. Staff arrivaled carry shopping. Asked I why didn’t answer a email sent 3weeks before arriving for car space and call over that 3 week even leaving message so I was told no parking spots for me. I even asked to have adjoining room with my daughter who was staying there too which was in my booking comment. This gave a bad feel to my stay. After driving from Victoria.
