Cons: I corresponded with the hotel about the spa and massage. I was told to contact Mme Saoudi and was told the spa closed at 19.00 and she confirmed a massage at 18.00. On the way to the hotel my guide telephoned to confirm. He spoke to the spa manager who denied all knowledge of the booking. He said the spa had closed at 4pm. I then found the number I had on the confirmation mail and Mme Saoudi told us she had made a mistake. I don't believe her. She told a lie just to ensure I would keep my reservation and not move to another hotel in Hammamet. When I checked in I asked for thr manager. I was told there was no manager on site. I asked for a room with a bath tub (as confirmed by booking.com) and was sent up to a room with a shower. I had to return downstairs. Not a hint of an apology from the receptionist. The bath (room 4001) was dirty and the shampoo dispenser broken. The bath's grab handles are corroded. It is a noisy room. The buffet food quality was 2 star. Overcooked turkey so I tried the chicken in breadcrumbs. Dry and hard. Mashed potato was disgusting and watery. Vegetables were tasteless and overcooked. At least the beerr I ordered arrived quickly with a smile. The ice cream tubs were each contaminated with different colours from the different coloured ice creams. After mailing the General manager the guest relations spoke with me and gave me one complimentary beer. When I checked out I was charged in full for the room and charged for a drink I had ordered in the restaurant. I look to booking.com to obatin a refund for me.

Pros: Nice bilding. Great location. Beautiful beach and pool.

Cons: There was no water in the room even first day! It was bizarre. We should buy the water even in dinner! There wasnt tissue in the room and I asked for it. No slippers! They told me it is 4 stars hotel and no slippers! We should pay deposit for towels in beach! Before this trip i had stayed in a 5 star hotel of Iberostar and no deposit needed. So next time I prefer staying at the other hotel.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent condition of the room. Food was amazing. Family friendly hotel with programmes and shows every evening. Hotel site is very clean and every well kept. Housekeeping staff are very kind and hardworking too. Customers are well valued and any concerns raised were dealt with immediately.

Cons: Hecklers within the site shop to buy things. Drinks including water is not free as part of half board - only free for breakfast There could have been more excursions offered by the hotel at a fair price.

Pros: Good value for your money. The staff are friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

Cons: The building is dated, everything seems like it hasn't been replaced since the 90s, which seems to be a theme of most of the resorts around the area.

Superb hotel

Pros: Very friendly staff, amazing view, spacious room/hotel, beautiful white sand beach, good entertainment, great atmosphere, big variety of food that is presented excellently.

Cons: There was no option of double bed (only 2 smaller ones put together), and most of the food was bland. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the beach; the surrounding area was near enough dead, with local businesses trying to scam you.

Cons: The Restaurant Only certain waiters didnt want to serve TAP WATER AS A DRINK THEY Wanted You To Have Hotels Bottled Water Which Is Expensive , And You Were Not Allowed To Bring Your Own Small Bottled Water And I Was Half Board Why Have Fridge In Your Room ? Also Not Happy With The Fact You Have A Safe But If You Use It You Have To Pay Which Should Be Pointed Out In The Rooms Description And It Isnt.

Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday

Pros: The outstanding memory is the relaxed ambiance created by the Iberostar team from the general manager through to the housekeeping team and all departments in between.

Cons: Its not a dislike as such, but the main swimming pool - a huge attraction in itself - was closed for maintenance during the entire three weeks of my stay. An issue not mentioned by booking.com when making the reservation.
