Pros: Close to beach lovely staff

A beautiful hotel run by good people.

Pros: The hotel grounds were beautiful with floral decorations. The staff were very helpful and eager to help. The breakfast was good. There was a wide variety catering to all. There were exercises and sports games organised around the pool which was great fun.

Cons: The beach was loaded with stones making it really tough to get in and out sand dangerous for the elderly guests. The all inclusive drinks on offer were of poor quality and there was very little variety.

Cons: I asked for a quiet room with large double - I got a room with the boiler underneath the balcony going all day, the extractor from the kitchen belching out fried food smell which really ruled out using the balcony. We had a small lift beside our room and every time someone used it there was loud grating noise as it rose and fell - lovely when you are trying to sleep. Air con in the room - well my hand fan could put out more cooling air. We also got 2 single beds pushed together - one of which broke. The sofa that they quote is in the room wasnt and there would never be room for one. The bath you climb up 2 steps into it as it is between 2 walls - very tricky, there is a grab rail on the wall but I was very frightened of slipping. Terrible drain smell. Couldnt use shower properly in first 24 hrs as attachment missing so you had to hold shower head - now the cleaner must have known that. All of this was within the first 24 hrs - so although its not something I normally do but I had to complain - to her credit the manageress said she would move us but as we were only there for 3 nights I declined as really couldnt be bothered to move all the clothes after I had just unpacked them. The second day no hot water for shower in morning or evening. No internet for most of the day. Food - well mediocre is perhaps bumping it up. Plates cold so food cold. No water at the table - water is so cheap on Crete so not need for there not to be a complimentary small bottle - but no. Each of the 3 nights we had 1 small water and 1 glass red wine - you dont see a bill as its was booked to the room. On checkout those 2 were 8 euros a night. My husband said the red wine on the last night was just like grape juice. We have lived on Crete ourselves for 8 years so we know what to expect and this wasnt it. We had previously spent 4 nights in a hotel near Chanis - poles apart - I would never return to this hotel. I have given 2 stars for the Staff

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and welcoming The flowers were beautiful and well maintained The reception staff organised so quickly a double topper for our twin beds - amazing!

Cons: They asked for extra money to use the safe in the room. Seriously who does that? Simple unacceptable. The breakfast ends too early for a vacation resort and although great variety lots of basic things missing and quality could have been better. Toilet paper could not be worst quality. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My family and friends purchased the all inclusive option for the resort. The rooms were comfortable and family friendly. Activities were planned throughout the day and the activities director was always available for fun! Lots of places to see close to the location. Highly recommend

Pros: Kiko the one man entertainment was awesome. Room were cleaned properly everyday. Pool was really good.

Cons: Where do I begin. 1. Very uncomfortable to sleep as the AC are not strong enough. After numerous complains for ours and our friends rooms, nothing happened. We asked them to provide us a fan. That also didn't help. On top of it the receptionist was rude and said that AC works for Europeans, only we have problem. Well guess what, we are Europeans. 2. There is no free 15 minutes massage as stated. 3. We took half board but during dinner there was not even water included with the food. This is pathetic. We asked for tap water and they refused that. We had to buy bottled water with every dinner. Pathetic. Small money but it shows how ridiculous hotel policies are. When you provide dinner, at least provide water. 4. The cleaning lady was cleaning the room in such a hurry that one day our daughter's sleeping toy went missing. Luckily, my daughter noticed its missing, since room was cleaning just then I asked the lady. She said she didn't see it and was very sure of it. I asked her to check the bedsheets as it was on her bed. She opened the sheet and there it was, fell from between the sheets. My advice- stay away in case you want a comfortable vacation.

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful place. The flowers everywhere are just amazing and giving unforgettable atmosphere. We were feeling so great. Hotel room was always clean. In current situation, we could pick how often we would like to have a clean room service. The food in restaurant was very, very tasty! Congratulations to head chief and his team. We could always have something local. Waitress team always super nice and friendly. Daily events and attractions always were extremely funny and you never feel bored - drinks and music all days and evenings could bring us to great mood all the time. We were so happy that hotel offered us local bike rental and car rental. Very fast and very good service. We would like to say Hi and big thanks to Daniele and Kiko who made our stay just perfect! hope to see you again! Greetings Monika and Arek
