Pros: Location was good. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast which started an hour after our complimentary shuttle at 5am for a 7:30 am flight. It would be lovely if the hotel was able to provide complimentary boxed breakfasts in such an event.

Cons: The bed was too soft and the shower stall doors covered only 1/2 of the shower length which may lead to water escaping.

Cons: I did not like that when I called to verify my room and amenities days prior to arrival, the staff was very unpleasant and rude. I called the front desk to ensure what I purchased was set and ready to go. I purchased my room from Booking.com for the first time and was traveling 14 hours. The first concierge I spoke with seemed annoyed that I asked general questions and hang up on me. When I called back to get his name, the manager (Joseph Frederick) answered and stated he was not the person who I had just spoken with. I informed him that I was inquiring about my reservations and a staff member hung up on me. Instead of him trying to inquire about the employee or the situation, he immediately shared that he has guest in front of him. I felt like my concerns or questions were not of importance to him at the moment. He then asked what is it that I wanted, I went on to ask if he could confirm the size and number of beds for the room. He misinterpreted what I asked and shared he could not give me the room number; "Whatever you booked, is what you will get!" in a very unpleasant tone. I then asked for his name and shared that I have never experienced a staff so unprofessional with bad attitudes. I intentionally meant to cancel the reservation and go with another hotel, but I would have lost my payment. In addition, my family and I did not like the breakfast. Many items were barely warm and seemed to have come maybe prepackaged. A couple items did not taste fully cooked and were extremely light in color for our two-day stay (i.e. the pancakes, waffles, French toast and sausage links). There is not a restaurant, bar/lounge on the premises as it states online. This made it difficult to order dinner in the evenings at the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by several new apartment buildings and developments, but no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are several options 8-10 minutes away.

Pros: My husband and I stayed here for four nights for our trip to DC. We enjoyed the location, and breakfast. The shuttle to the airport as well as the staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. We loved that the Metro was just a quick 5-minute walk away. Uber's also came quickly to the hotel. Loved the airport shuttle. The only negative was that the shuttle did not run when we arrived, so we had to Uber to the hotel, but it was reasonably priced for midnight. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so depending on when you leave you may need to be there earlier than expected, but that is worth it to me to save some $. All in all a very budget friendly hotel for enjoying the DC area!

Cons: Not much to complain about. There were some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on the carpet), but nothing more than "expected" for a hotel. (Never really up to par compared to your own home! ◡̈ )

Cons: Check in was bad. One person checking in a line of 4 people plus the guy checking in was a bit snappy with other people over incidental fees. Made it a little hostile but other than that I enjoyed my stay
