Pros: The view is the absolute best! We actually slept with the balcony door open so we could hear the waves all night. They also have the best breakfast.

Cons: Nothing it was dirty it smelled horrible it was hot in the hallways they didn’t come to clean the room after I called three times. Then when I went to the front desk they decided to inform me that they don’t clean the room until the 3rd stay. The best they can do is take the trash out and give me new towels and sheets.

Pros: This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

Cons: The hotel was under construction, the toilet didn’t flush, there was no hot water, rooms were dirty, fridge didn’t close or stay cold. The bottom drawer of dresser didn’t stay close and everyone kept tripping on it. They brought us a dirty crib that was broken and then when we asked for another they took till almost midnight. Breakfast hours ended 2 1/2 hours early because they ran out. One of the elevators wasn’t working so to get to your room took 30 plus minutes with the line to the front lobby door. There isn’t enough parking and overflow is hidden in another area across the street behind another building that didn’t feel very secure. The staff were so rude and not helpful. There were lines of people complaining and requesting assistance. The poor maintenance man couldn’t keep up and had to come to our room 6 times to try to fix the toilet so it would flush and while there he would get 6-10 more calls from other rooms requesting help. He was never able to fix the issue and they didn’t have another room so we had to flush the toilet by pouring water into it from the garbage can. Our food spoiled because the fridge was broken and didn’t close. A lot of people were warning others as they came in to check in to cancel and they did. It was a complete disaster and mess. It was supposed to be a relaxing at the beach vacation for a family and it wasn’t. I cannot believe it was the price we paid and owned by Hyatt. Completely disgusting hotel with rude and disrespectful staff.
