Pros: The one plus with the stay was the friendly staff. They were pleasant and extremely helpful.

Cons: The toilet in the room ran all night long, the pillows were not comfortable at all. We got a room for three people, which meant one person would sleep on the couch bed. However, when we opened up the sofa bed, there was only a sheet on it. In the entire room, there was only one extra blanket and no extra pillows for us to put on that bed. I gave my co-worker pillows off my bed. Not that they were comfy at all. Talk about flat pillows. They make look fluffy but they go flat when you put your head on them but that’s typical hotel pillows for you. The breakfast was not great or hot as one might expect given they were serving hot food. I expected so much more out of the hotel given the brand and my previous experiences with this particular brand. Given the amount being charged, I would hope the room would have been in better condition and the food hot. There should be extra blankets given the amount of beds in a room for people. Meaning if you have three beds, then one should expect at least three extra blankets and a couple of pillows. A constantly running toilet didn’t help matters. I know this seems really complaining but I was really surprised by how this hotel was given my past stays in other hotels within the same brand family. Especially since I was the one to recommend this hotel chain to my co-workers for a conference we were attending.

Pros: Breakfast was great. The location was convenient.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking. And the refrigerator in the room was broken as well. In addition, I did not get my deposit back either.

Cons: ELEVATORS! Not enough Valet! Hotel Room was on the 9th floor. Check In/Out 10th Floor. Upon Arrival 1 Elevator was broke. While leaving(9th floor) to go down for Dinner & Concert; Only working elevator passed us by 5 times. Took stairs up to 10th floor & then used Private residence elevator to go down. When leaving the next day, Second elevator broke. Had to carry Baggage UP Stairs to 10th Floor. Again waited to use the private residence elevator to go down! Had texted, as suggested, to Valet to bring car around. Finally made it downstairs to Valet chaos! Waited 45 minutes outside the Hotel for our car. The location was very close to Spectrum & Gyu-Kaku, But the Elevator/Valet problems were TOO MUCH!

Great location but needs more...

Pros: The location was two blocks from our event and that was awesome. The staff that greeted us were also very friendly.

Cons: Obviously, they were shortstaffed. When we arrived, there was only one person to help with the valet parking, and that was the case again the next morning when we left, which meant they were long lines of people waiting. The worst part were broken elevators. There was only one elevator to get us to check in the day we arrived. The next morning there were no elevators to get us from our 14th floor room to check out on the 10th floor. And in fact, when my husband called about this, he was told to walk down for flights of stairs to check out . Luckily another staff came up and allowed us to use the staff elevator. Additionally, there were overflowing trash cans when we left in common areas.

Cons: My luggage cart had a flat tire on it, the elevators in the whole building stop working so we had to carry our luggage up and down 12 floors.
