The "service" was very poor.

Pros: The location was very convenient for us.

Cons: We specifically requested a pack'n'play for our infant (a month before our arrival), and the manager confirmed that it would be in our room upon our arrival. When we got there, I reminded the clerk that we should have it (as it was already past our son's bedtime) in our room. The clerk seemed to know nothing about it, and THEN made the request for the pack'n'play. We waiting for about an hour, and then called the front desk.... only to be told that they were still working on it. After about 2.5 hour my wife was quite upset and went to the front desk, and pressed the clerk to do something. The clerk's response was something to the effect that she had made the call to housekeeping, they were not answering, and she could do nothing about it.....never taking the initiative to go and find a solution herself. So much for "service". They eventually brought the pack'n'play up to our room, almost 4 hours later.... but my son was way over tired at that point. First night was horrible. The pool was closed too. And we had to have maintenance come to our room to install a plug stop in our tub because there was none.

Pros: The property is beautiful, we really enjoyed the fire pits. Also, the front desk staff is very pleasant.

Cons: It would be nice if they had a coffee bar in the lobby with real creamer.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay!

Pros: The rooms was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The property is in a great location and a great area to walk around. The staff were very nice and accommodating. A great value. Highly recommend and will stay again!
