    Pros: Location was perfect for us. An inexpensive taxi ride from the port and a very short walk from the hop on bus. The staff were exceptionally help.

    Location and staff is good, the rest is mostly a lie. Not 4 starts.

    Pros: The Location was amazing and the staff was great as well.
    Cons: Sauna wasn't turned on. There are two Jacuzzis, the one that's inside was also turned off and empty, the one that was outside was malfunctioning, so it was also turned off, and only filled half way. Towels had holes on them. Flat screen is a lie. American breakfast is a lie, no eggs, no bacon...

    Pros: Great location, friendly staff and clean spacious room.
    Cons: Breakfast choice slightly limited. Room had a balcony with great view, but no furniture to sit outside. Room was next to the lift which was a bit noisy during the night.

    Not again

    Pros: Young lady at front desk very helpful. Size of room big Breakfast okay .
    Cons: Hotel tired and very tacky for 4 stars. Taps are loose, can't use bath tap only shower, Lamp broken. No plug in bath . Breakfast servers in grubby aprons not very clean. Aircon not working

    Pros: The staff were so nice. Very helpful
    Cons: Well, everything else. I stayed only 1 night, so I tried to ignore the bad rating, but trust me, don't. The bathub was not properly clean (and I mean, there was hair on it). There was mold in the walls (I ain't allergic but wake up sneezing). The breakfast was simple but ok. It isn't worth the price and should not be a 4-star hotel. Oh, and there's no soundproofing on the room. One clueless group arrived around midnight and started talking so lound on the hallway that woke me up. I left to be on a hostel, and it was so much more pleasant, cleaned, and quiet.
