Disappointing

Pros: Location

Cons: A very long list. Only one of 4 elevators was working. The bar in the atetriam area was not open. The stairwells were dirty. Ice machines were only on even floors when there were hook ups for them on every floor. Many of the chairs in the atetriam were turn and junky looking.This hotel is part of the casino and none of the escalators were working only one of the people movers out of 4 were working in the casino area. This is just a start of the list. This shows as a rating of 4 but is more of a 2 rating.

Pros: The hotel location and security around the hotel.

Cons: Staff, restrooms no toilet paper or paper towels. The bell cart had a flat tire and it was the only one available and no bell-men. It was very difficult to move the cart.

Cons: I'm very disappointed in this hotel it use to be one of the best. Slowly getting run down rooms are beat up. Smell like cigarettes. Dirt in every corner four elevators only one works price was a lil to much for how bad of shape the hotel was in

Pretty hotel but not worth...

Pros: The hotel itself is very pretty and is within walking distance to restaurants, the casino and the arena which we went to for business.

Cons: The staff was amazing and the hotel itself is very cool on the inside. Unfortunately there isn't anything more positive I can say about it. Our room was horrible. It smelled of smoke which they came and just sprayed Febreeze and come to find out, it was not a smoking room but just below the smoking floor. Everyday when we returned it smelled horrible and our clothes stunk when we got home. The bathroom had goop in each corner of the shower where it is not cleaned very well and the bathroom floor was sticky. The bed was was like sleeping in a hammock, the sheets didn't fit the bed and we saw blood stains on the box springs. We asked to switch rooms but they were full so we couldn't move. We went down to work out and all the dumbbells' had been stolen except for 2-15 lbs and 1-20 lb. I wouldn't recommend this place which is sad since it is a pretty hotel and in a decent location. Again the staff was very nice and I guess they are doing all they can do, maybe they need a new owner or manager and the place would really be amazing!

Pros: Nothing. Service was awful. Can’t even talk to anyone at the actual hotel. No one gets back to you after emailing them which seems to be the only way to get a hold of them.

Cons: Bad experience all around. Don’t recommend at all.

Pros: All they rooms like 1 bed room apartment the staff is has great attitudes. Very informative. And went above and beyond after I left something in the room.

Cons: Both elevators was broken. It start out as one than when it was time to check out the other elevator broke. So we had to walk down with our stuff. But other than that I have no complaints.

Stay was great.

Pros: It stated we receive deposit back but in reality you only receive half of the deposit back and that was my main reason for staying at hotel.

Cons: Not receiving deposit back in full.

Pros: Our room was comfortable but the view to the back balcony was dirty, wet and ugly. The front desk person was very interested in watching videos on her phone while we were talking to her. I thought it was pretty unacceptable. I don’t think the hotel/room was worth the price.
