Pros: The staff was very friendly and nice.

Cons: Incredibly poor sound insulation. You are able to hear everything that is going on in the surrounding rooms, the hallway, and outside. Aside from that, the room itself was reasonably spacious. The bathroom had few amenities, but was fully functional.

Pros: We chose the property because of its location

Cons: Unfortunately, the room we were given was nothing like the images! It was very small and very noisy! Highly recommend that unless you have a tiny smart car, you don’t use their underground car park! The staff were not particularly friendly and the breakfast was ok but the limited hot food was cold! The coffee and fresh orange juice were good though. We asked about the bar that is advertised as one of their facilities, only to be told there was no bar in the hotel but we could visit the bars just outside the hotel, of which one, St John’s was very noisy until the early hours.

Pros: Nice small hotel, located at the main street of the local town. Nice atmosphere and good breakfast. Easy access and well connected if you like to go to the beach or the Golf curses.

Pros: The room and other facilities were okay; the only setback was that lunch and dinner were not served so it was incovenient to order from other restaurants.

Pros: It was exceptional value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they realised we English couldn't live without our teamaking , a machine was quickly installed in our room. Room service was daily and the towels changed. Altogether the cleanliness was impeccable. An amazing breakfast was available at a very cheap rate . There was a huge choice. A very clever fresh orange juice machine was installed which peeled and extracted the juice on the spot. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. We were able to enjoy free WiFi. We loved being in a small town totally immersed in Spanish culture Restaurants were pretty good especially Nonos which was closest to the hotel. Plenty of snack bars and Chinese emporiums. The beach was stunning and totally uncommercialised.

Cons: The hotel was about 6 kilometres from the beach and Alicante city. There was no bus to the beach in winter to the beach bus plenty of taxis were about which cost about 7 euros. Very frequent buses went to Alicante city which only cost 1.45 euros a trip. A taxi to the airport cost 31 euros. If you are addicted to British Tv you may be disappointed.
