Perfectly located hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being right next to the station, Mannlichen lift and the end of the ski run in Wengen. We enjoyed using the extensive wellness area. Our budget room was compact as we expected, but it was also spotlessly clean. The food was good and the deserts excellent.

Cons: No big deal but the hot tub and swimming pool could have been warmer.

Great place with very arrogant staff

Cons: My stay turned sour due to a disappointing encounter with one of your staff members, specifically the receptionist, a younger woman whose attitude was a disaster. (She was working on the Saturday 9th March) Upon arriving, I was met with a palpable air of arrogance that colored our interaction. The receptionist's demeanor was dismissive and almost rude, as if she couldn't be bothered to assist me properly. Even simple questions were met with short, unfriendly replies, showing a clear lack of the patience and professionalism you'd expect in the hospitality industry. Despite the comfortable amenities, the memory of the receptionist's attitude lingered, reminding me how crucial respectful and friendly customer service is. A warm welcome and helpful attitude can greatly enhance a guest's experience, while arrogance can quickly ruin it.

Pros: We were here during Christmas. We had opted for half board and it was really nice. The Christmas dinner was 5-7 course and every course was quite good. The highlight of everyday for me were the desserts. The heated pools offer a nice way to relax after a day of hiking in the mountains. The hotel is right next to the train station which makes travelling in the region highly convenient.
