Pros: Locations is awesome. Close to the Les-Halles and the Bourse. Very nice shops and restaurants int the surrounding area. Had a quiet room.

Cons: Service from one staff member in particular was shocking. Arrived late on Sunday morning after a sports event and the door was locked we stoood outside for 20 minutes knocking and ringing the bell calling and even sending messages via booking.com. they need to fix that. Other staff lady working the morning shift was fine.

Pros: Couldnt ask for a better location. Everything is right outside your front door. Restaurants, shops, cafes and more. Our room was quiet as well!

Cons: Booked a triple room. Expecting a small room although there was too many side tables and furniture that could have been removed - hardly no room to move around the beds without tripping. Room looking worn and tired, headboard very bad condition Bed was. Very hard Air conditioner not very cool. Only supplied 2 towels on first night for 3 people

Cons: Don't like the bathroom - no hooks for towels/closes and the douche wets the entire bathroom. Room 20m is a bit small for 3 peoples.
