A perfect location for museums and the Concertgebouw.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and available for a relatively long time so we could please ourselves when to eat. The hotel location was perfect for our purposes which were mainly to visit the galleries, concert hall, market and shops (the Nine Streets are just a short walk). The room was clean and very quiet.

Cons: There was nothing about our stay that we didn't like.

Pros: Very friendly helpful accommodating staff.

Cons: Was surprised with the 30+euro city tax not included in the prepaid price (for 3 nights).

Cons: Room was very dusty , bed pillows had yellow stains , so not very hygienic, toilet bowl was dirty , kettle was also dirty , tv didn't get good reception so was unwatchable

Fantastic experience

Pros: This is my second time in Amsterdam but first time in this hotel. I fell in love with the friendliness of the staff, especially Elroy. He showed us typical places to eat, where to take public transport and many other tips, he really helped us make our holidays fun and easy. When the welcome is of this type the hotel is rated 5 stars. There are stairs for those who have difficulty with suitcases especially is heavy but even in this case the fantastic Elroy helped us without even asking. The room was spacious and with a small garden outside, the bathroom was comfortable and with a welcome gift in the room. Definitely recommended.

Comfy place to sleep in a great location for a great value

Pros: Amazing location, comfy bed, friendly staff

Cons: Cleanliness can be improved, but for the value it was fine. There isnt much sound proofing so in the middle of the night you can hear everybodys conversations and doors shutting etc. Luckily I bring earplugs with me everywhere so it was ok :)

Pros: Very cute hotel, we had a room on ground floor with a nice terrace. We couldn't use the terrace due to the bad weather, but still quite a nice addition if the weather is good.

Cons: Rooms could be a bit cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Pros: Staff were nice.

Cons: Although reception area is quaint there is no lift to floors where rooms are (or none that we were aware of) meaning youve to trek heavy suitcases up very steep flights of stairs. The carpet in hallways are stained and disgusting and the carpet in room couldve done with a clean. The towels which I received were stained and the lighting in rooms is very dim. Although hair dryer is in room theyre of a poor quality and youre safer letting your hair air dry. The tv in the room also did not work. Cables for the lights also had wires exposed. The staff were all nice but personally this hotel isnt worth the money and I wont be back. Its also a good 35 minute walk to amsterdam centre so ensure to bring comfy shoes. Improvements should be made.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. Nice quiet area away from the crazies but a good walking distance to the museums and centrum. Staff and coffee were brilliant. The room size was amazing and we had a nice balcony which turned put to be great for bird watching. I would probably stay here again :) We recommend Dignita for breakfast/brunch.

Cons: Just a bit more attention to detail would be nice. We didn't have a TV remote in the room. This wasn't a huge deal as we were out all day and we probably should have asked reception for it but it's just something we didn't think of in the morning and then it was too late at night when we returned. The bathroom didn't feel clean in parts. The sink looked like it needed a good scrub and the towels could he updated.

Very pleasant, great staff, great location and overall such a nice stay.

Pros: Bed was very comfy and room was very clean. Staff were fantastic very very kind and accommodating. Transport into the main city was 5 min and the walk was very nice also. Close to the museum district.

Cons: Lots of stairs to our room but that was good for our exercise haha just a little tricky with big bags so be mindful if travelling with lots of bags and if they are heavy.

Pros: I really loved to stay here! The staffs were so nice and attentive and also, the housekeeping was so clean.(especially the guy) I felt so cozy that i want to stay here when i visit this city again
