This is not 4 stars expirience. The price is doesnt worth the value.

Pros: Staff is very friendly, close to the beach. There is a bus station near by, is very convenient if you travel without car.

Cons: Bathroom is needed to be renovated. Mold on the shower, no aeration in the bathroom. Hairdryer very old style it doesnt work really well. The rooms are not soundproofing at all, can hear every sound in corridor. Also it was a lot of dust in our room. Bottles of water have to be payed, not even one is offered the day of check in. Didnt like the mattress it was not comfortable, Breakfast didnt like at all, coffee and juices are industrial, poor choice of fruits, many plates with cooked vegetables but less real breakfast products.

Pros: Breakfast was quite nice, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Large car park.

Cons: There could be some updates to increase the overall experience, as the hotel is quite old. It is not unconformable, but would greatly improve with a refresh.

Best place in Olbia!

Pros: The staff are super nice and helpful,especially mona and Stefania, they make tou feel like home.The place is super cosy, the restaurant is delicious, the room is super clean every day and it has very comfortable bed.Super close to the beach. The breakfast is amazing with different things every day. The garden is very well taken care of and it has really confi soundlunges. This is the best place in Olbia. If we come back, we will be choosing this home again. Thank you for everything.

Nice stay, bit over priced tho

Pros: The beach is lovely, we were also allowed one free beach day which was very welcome. Not far from the hotel. Breakfast is good but found that you needed to go early to get the best bits as going later we found that some things had run out and not replaced. Good coffee.

Cons: Word of warning, if you dont like wasps, eat inside. Food and drinks pretty expensive. Hotel could do with freshening up especially the bathroom. Didnt like the mold on the shower screen waterproofing.

Lovely location for the beach but not walking distance to anything else

Pros: Close proximity to the beach. Lovely foyer area. Free parking area. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room.

Cons: Not walking distance to the main town so you either have to drive or catch the local bus (bus stop is very close to the hotel). Surprised that you have to pay for water in your room. You get one free use of beach towels than have to pay for any additional towels used. No coffee machine in room but you can buy coffee at the bar. For breakfast you have access to a self serve industrial coffee machine. It would have been nice to have real coffee included in the breakfast as the coffee was quite average. Poor lighting in room..

Great resort ,very well run.

Pros: The property is very large and 1 block from beach .they have beach club priority. Due to our 1 night stay , they gave us complimentary beach lounge chairs .I really had a great experience with the staff and met the owner of the property.the beach is clean and sandy beach , ocean is emerald green and very sandy also. Pool and jacuzzi was great also..We had a large balcony which was fantastic.. large parking for guests onsite also. Went for dinner onsite ,the food is very good. Had a very good experience
