Pros: Located right by main station, the room size are huge, the coffee pods in the room are from “L’Or”, bottled water is provided, well equipped room, they provided dental kits

Cons: The bedding is slightly on the hard size but still comfortable and super spacious. More importantly, the shower gel container was empty and this is not something you want to call about and wait for when you are already in the shower at midnight in a Saturday night. So we had to take a shower with the conditioner and they just gave us a mini box of chocolates as a compensation… we didn’t ask for anything anyway, we were only asked if everything was ok so we let them know. Also we were slightly disappointed by the breakfast, we expected high standards and better quality of foods. The breads didn’t look fresh, nor warm and the croissants were just plain breads with the shape of croissant.

Good location - uncomfortable beds.

Pros: The property was okay. The location of the property was very nice! You habe the HB and all night long connections. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard and I hardly slept. The staff I talked to only spoke English and no German. The room was clean and there was nothing bad. - just the bed. This should really be replaced.

Pros: I travel a lot on business and I have been exposed to many hotels around the world. At St Gotthard everything was outstanding, from the moment I arrived to when I left. Warm welcome at the reception, excellent room and facilities, outstanding breakfast

Pros: The location is perfect, steps away from the bahnhof. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The man who helped us with our bags was welcoming and helpful.

Cons: I’ve stayed here several times in the last 20 years and was so disappointed this time. The woman who checked us in barely paid any attention to us. She was too busy answering the phone and speaking with other employees. I had a question about our reservation but couldn’t get a word in. The water in the shower was barely warm and the showerhead fell apart every time we used it. We put all our things away in the closets and found that the someone had moved our things around when we were out.
