Complete disappointment due to several staff

Pros: Good room equipment, comfortable bed, two spacious parking lots, good breakfasts with attentive service, excellent restaurant with friendly staff.

Cons: The most important point that spoiled the whole impression of a generally good hotel: we bought two large pieces of parmesan as a gift and put them in the refrigerator in the room. Early in the morning, in a hurry, during the checkout, we forgot about this cheese. When we returned the same day and asked the bald man with glasses and aged at the reception if they had found our cheese and if the maids had brought it - he was very rude to us, shouted at us and just threw us a card from the room: "go and look in the refrigerator yourself." The refrigerator, of course, was empty. No one reported this to the front desk and did not save our forgotten things for our possible return. As I understand it - when booking at the hotel there are contacts of guests, and if staff wish, they can always contact you. All this has left a very unpleasant residue from our stay. Moreover, we left tips for the maids)) Another disadvantage (but these are small things) is a very dirty carpet in the room and an extremely noisy air conditioner (like a plane is flying) - you can only sleep with the ventilation turned off. Anyway, you can put up with this, but rudeness at the reception is a serious drawback(

Perfect for what we needed

Pros: Really nice hotel. Location at bit remote but was great as I speak Italian so got to practice with the locals. About 30 minutes walk from Cologno Nord metro but we dont mind that. We booked it for Monza game which is about 45 minutes walk or 10 min taxi ride. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Would defo use again.

Cons: No pool available, was being filled, thus we had pool as criteria. Booking.com only offered a 10% reduction even our reason for choosing was not met, poor handling.

Pros: Pool is nice, though it's quite cold. Parking on site is a plus.

Cons: Airco is pretty noisy. Hotel could invest in renovation, the overall look is a bit outdated.

Nice place

Pros: This hotel is nice and located in a quiet and very beautiful area, full of trees. The staff was kind and very friendly. The room was big and clean, with basic toiletries. The bed was comfortable. We liked our terrace to which we had direct access from the room. Tasty breakfast included in room rate. In summer free access to the hotel outside pool. A big plus is the spacious parking of the hotel, free of charge.

Cons: We were a little bit sad that the hotel restaurant was closed when we were there (they have delicious food :)), but we understood, as it was a period when most have holidays.
