    Wonderful

    Great location for exploring Cazorla and the natural park with stunning views.

    Pros: All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable, lovely and warm for the cold, November weather. The views over the olive fields and mountains were amazing! The hotel is well-located for a walk down to Cazorla or for a drive over the mountain pass to the natural park area, which has amazing hiking trails. We walked the 10km route along the River Borosa (the full route is just over 20km there and back). The hotel provided us with an excellent picnic lunch to take along with us.
    Cons: We found the tv channels difficult to manage and no instructions available to help.

    Pros: Food and rooms with view were excellent
    Cons: We had spa access with our room but was not clear it was only for one session rather than they whole stay this was the only thing that disappointed us!

    Will come back again, love this area of Spain and this hotel is the best around.

    Pros: great location, nice pools and friendly staff. Very accommodation for our sporting event with adapted food and timings.
    Cons: Hard to get them on the phone beforehand, the telephone rarely gets answered and you get a recorded message.

    Fantastic scenery, great spa, awful food!

    Pros: The staff at the spa was so kind attentive and lovely. It was a fantastic experience!
    Cons: The food was worse than bad. We included half board to our stay and dinner was more than just a disappointment. It reminded us of hospitals and old age homes. The staff tried to make up for it in friendliness though!

    good hotel but please settle on a business model, you cant be everything to everybody

    Pros: good location for the wilderness with good access to routes, the bar was great with a great view, breakfast was ok too
    Cons: whats with the Buddhas? I found this irritating, how can it be a relaxing spa with 100s of screaming kids staying there and the coffee was the worst in Spain !!!! finally cant you keep control of the parking, th3 car park was impossible to get out of in a morning without bangin* your car

    Very enjoyable!

    Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Amazing views and very polite personel.
    Cons: SPA was great as a facility, but I didnt find it very convenient from guest point of view that we couldnt book it on the main hotel reception the evening before. I understand that they are probably different entities but from a guest point of view it doesnt make sense. Also, another downer was that we couldnt take the robes to the room and change there, then to come back to the spa. This is the idea of having SPA hotel, to be able to shuttle everywhere with your robe for convenience. We were supposed to change only in the changing rooms of the SPA, after 7 hours of hiking this wasnt convenient at all. Lockers instructions in the SPA - they are only in Spanish, no English - therefore for me as a foreigner was difficult to understand how to use them, and left my belongings outside on the hangers.
