Pros: The property is perfectly located in the most idyllic village right by the slopes

Cons: The staff are super charming, the location is phenomenal and it has all the facilities needed for the perfect skiing holiday

Nice hotel but not what we needed.

Pros: It's a beautiful hotel and with the available restaurant, bar, and SPA pool you could spend the whole stay in the hotel as many seemed to do. The garage is very useful and practical, Staff are generally kind although not extra-efficient (see what we didn't like...)

Cons: We weren't looking for an all-inclusive hotel. We trek, we use the hotel only to sleep and this was the only place available in the period (mid-august) or we would have chosen some place more practical and less posh. The room we were given was right under the roof so it was hot. If you opened the window, flies would enter the room and then annoy you non stop ! The trip to get from reception to our room required three elevators and 3 corridors and a final flight of stairs to finally get to the room under the roof. On first night it had visibly not been cleaned appropriately. As an example the toilet roll had been nicely folded as you do in good hotels but the toilet was dirty, visibly hadn't been cleaned, After our request the receprion sent someone to clean the room. I asked if we could change to another room but the day after, the receptionist told us that he had forgotten about our request, but anyway there would have been a surcharge so...."so what ? did I ever say that an upgrade or surcharge would be a problem ?". No I didn't. Anyhow we left it there. By then we only had another 2 nights to stay, and didn't want the hassle of packing our bags again to move everything from our hot room to another one. All in all, not a great experience for us.

Pros: The hotel comprises several buildings connected by corridors and elevators. Nice and special architecture, respecting the surrounding village. Great superior room, enough storage place. Good bathroom and shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast and valet parking included in the room price.

Pros: Like the indoor pool, beautiful view of the mountains. Staff friendly and always available to help. Great views from the Roof deck bar. Nice village to explore.
