Excellent location, good breakfast, basic but comfortable room, halls are very thin!

Pros: The location is the best part of this hotel and the breakfast was good as well.

Cons: Staff were unfriendly and didnt greet at all unless we said hello.

Cons: Rude reception, alot of noise in the night, per example you literally hear the metro underneat. you hear the loud fusebox in the room. You hear the people upstairs walking moving chairs. There is just too much noise in the middle of the night.

Cons: The towels in the bathroom were not clean, The shower takes a few minutes to heat before you can shower. No breakfast for early risers and guests that have to get early flights

Pros: Great location, the hotel was well secured and the rooms were large and clean. We had a balcony room which had an amazing look over the city.

Cons: The chairs were a bit uncomfortable in the room and on the balcony, and the hotel restaurant wasn't open for long. There also was not a space for doing hair/ makeup.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. People were entertaining to watch from my window. Location was perfect for me.

Cons: I would like a face towel to shower with. Also, maybe more English tv programs or movies?

Fabulous staying

Pros: Its my second time Im selecting this hotel and again Im absolutely love it! Welcoming bottle of wine and some sweets so nice! Amazing room with fabulous Rambla view ! Nice breakfast and perfect location making the staying fantastic! Definitely will come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay, we would stay there again.

Pros: We had a balcony room with double bed. we kept the bedroom window open at night, it was noisy but that's what we expected from La Rambla :-)

Pros: The front desk executives are the first people you meet while check-in & they leave the first & last impressions of your stay. Carmen was the one who genuinely tried to give us a room prior to our official check-in time & that was a huge favour after 10 hours of long flight & struggle. Javier was the one to give us a kind of upgrade which we didn't book for. He gave us a slightly bigger room with a Balcony. The rooms were pretty spacious & the bathrooms were of good size too. The location of the hotel was the bestest part. Centrally located & we didn't use any public transport throughout our stay because every attraction was max 20-25 mins walk. Restaurants, Souvenirs, Attractions, Supermarkets, Parks, Clubs - everything was at minutes walk. The hotel is well kept with amazing staff in both shifts. Thanks to the housekeeping team who used to keep our rooms spiky clean everyday. I can't thank enough for this unforgettable experience.

Cons: There was actually nothing that we didn't like. Just a very very minute issue of a few red ants in our room but that was instantly taken care of by Carmen once we notified. Probably because we had a balcony room & they came from there
