    Great location, comfortable stay, friendly responsive staff.

    Pros: - Location was great. Walking distance to train stations, Tsukiji markets, restaurants and nice walks around nearby canal/river parks. 7/11 and Lawson's convenience stores nearby. - Room was a good size for Japan (twin room) with a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower good. - Staff friendly and responsive. We stayed 5 nights and had an issue with a noisy neighbour on the floor above on the second night. The reception staff moved us to another room for the remaining nights of our stay.
    Cons: - Breakfast was not included in our room rate so we paid extra which we thought was expensive.

    Very nice hotel staff

    Pros: We stayed in this hotel for one night before flying back home. The hotel is very near train stations, including Tokyo Station (bullet train). It's near Ginza and Tsukiji fish market. It is also a short taxi ride to Tokyo City Airport Terminal where we took airport limousine bus to Haneda Airport. Haneda is 30 mins away via bus, while Narita is 60 mins away. The old man in the reception was extra nice and gave a small souvenir toy to my daughter before we left.
    Cons: nothing.

    Pros: great location with nearby convenience strores and underground station.. Big room - I think its above most Japanese hotels Ive been to. super friendly and helpful staff, especially one particular gentleman, did the night shift, and a bit older than the others.

    Pros: In a good location and room size was ideal. Staff very helpful and friendly.
    Cons: Nothing. It met my needs superbly.
