Pros: We were hier in Oktober 2023. The room was wery clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The supper was gut but a little bit expensive, I think. We have parked on the street near the hotel. It was okay and free. The staff was good (only one waiter during the supper was a little bit strange :-) )

A good stay at Pisa!!

Pros: Good staff, helpful & friendly- both at reception and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, cleaned everyday.

Cons: Nothing really except you need to use public transport, local buses or taxis to get around as its a bit away from the centre. However, we managed pretty well as buses are frequent and easy to use.

Pros: The hotel was magnificent. It has great rooms, free parking, which is important for me, as we arrived by rented car. The staff was helpful and nice. It has a gourme restaurant. Nearby is also a very popular pizzeria ristorante La Vecchia Cascina where we had a wonderful family dinner. My mother who had her birthday also was very delighted with our stay in Pisa at San Ranieri Hotel.

Pros: Bed and pillow are comfortable, breakfast is great, bathroom looks amazing.

Cons: Sink in bathroom was clogged up completely, we arrived late, so when we went to brush teeth water was not going away, so i went to shower to was my face and teeth, but water in shower was smelling bad so i ended up washing my teeth and face in bidet, like a dog. My bad is that i didnt call reception, but wrote them a message. In the morning I went to tell them about the problem and lady at reception blamed me for not calling them, but my problem wasnt that it got clogged up, it happens, the problem was that they gave us a room like that for nearly 300e for a nigh, they knew about that problem before us arriving for sure?!?! Lady who cleaned the bathroom for sure saw it because it was completely clogged up before us arriving, but they didnt care and gave us a room like that. Im giving them more that 1 star because after fighting they gave us breakfast and 10% off. since i was so mad of how they treated us with giving us a room like that, and then treating me like its my fault, I had terrible stay, and will never come back. Location is also bad. Its nowhere near atrractions, so for that insane price I would recommend staying away from this hotel!

Perfect, great restaurant and superb food.

Pros: Great location for airport.......a flight cancellation meant that we needed an extra night......the hotel were really helpful and we managed to keep the same room. Well Done!!

Standard hotel far away from centre/airport

Pros: We were upgraded and the room was a good size, comfy bed and the bathroom was also good. The outside areas are nice.

Cons: It was very isolated, it is far from both the centre of town and the airport - not sure why the location is considered great unless you are going to the hospital next door. However, there are transport links to the city. I do think that the room was over priced considering the location. We paid 130 for the room and were upgraded so not sure what the basic double was like, but even for the upgraded room I thought this was a little too high. The room is generally how I would expect - nothing out of the ordinary.
