    Pros: Lovely breakfast with a big variety of different European and Middle-Eastern dishes, hotel centrally located, very friendly staff.
    Cons: The hotel lobby doubled as a night club and the music at night around 2200h was very loud, so the receptionist almost had to shout (even though she was very friendly). The hotel is centrally located, but the room was very warm and the ceiling fan in my room would only stir around the warm air, so I opened up the window (room 301). It turns out the street was very loud with partying going on until the early morning hours, after which delivery trucks started running and they made noise too. I do understand very well that if you want a centrally located hotel, you probably cannot avoid the noise. As a bonus, earplugs are provided in the room free of charge, so I suppose the hotel already thought of that.

    Great place to be, great...

    Pros: Breakfast was good, Personal kind, polite and helpful. Restaurant war a little bit too loud for us, so we went somewhere else. The only problem was that the towels were not clean enough… sorry to mention this, but it’s really true! The bed was ok a little bit too “soft”.

    Great stay, value for money

    Pros: Comfortable bed quiet at night, liked the theme and the asseccories in the room. Petal shaped fan. Wide spread for a delicious breakfast. Good value for money. They even offered to store my luggage so I could explore the city once I checked out.

    Pros: Incredible location, right in the city center! Elegant and beautiful rooms, super friendly staff. This hotel is far better than the pictures, just perfect for visit to Brussels. And the scent in corridors only completes overall luxurious feel of this place.

    Pros: nice decorations. great location. room was large and spacious. convenient to metro. Attentive staff. liked that it had a 3 person bedroom available.
    Cons: Lumpy bed. small, thin towels. did not clean our room after the first night.

    Pros: Location in the heart of Brussels, within walking distance of most attractions. The decoration of the room is relatively beautiful and the room is very clean.
    Cons: The streets are very noisy at night and it can be a bit difficult to sleep. Ventilation is poor and windows cannot be opened.
