    All in all, an OK place, but could definitely find something better for the same price....

    Pros: The location was secluded just as we were looking for. 2 of the staff members (lady with long curly hair and man with slightly longer hair) were very kind. The grounds were large, and you could walk around and see some birds, pigs, and sheep. There were horses, but it wasn't really explained to us how it worked.
    Cons: When we arrived for check-in, there wasn't a very warm welcome or barely a welcome at all, more as if we were imposing. We were briefed rapidly on the hotel basics and taken to our room. We booked a family room, so "one" large bed and a sofa bed. The room was very basic, with an uncomfortable bed (almost like 2 sausage buns put together). I actually had to sleep on the sofa bed as the large bed was too uncomfortable. Bathroom was large but the shower head/bathrun needs updating. We went with a 4 year old child and we could hear vacuuming from upstairs at 930pm. The main door to the room had frosted glass, with no curtain or shutters to block out the morning light.

    Wonderfully Spanish, beautiful location, excellent food and service.

    Pros: Idyllic location and truly Spanish in feel - decor and food. Facilities are immaculate and bedrooms beautifully appointed. Nice walks possible from the front door.
    Cons: Lots of small noisy children around the pool - no lifeguard or member of staff to ensure peace and quiet for the people who were clearly there to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

    Comfortable quarters in a rustic location.

    Pros: Rural and rustic. Nice pools.
    Cons: Didnt realize wed be in a different building so far away from the main pools. We travelled with friends and it was disappointing to be so far from them.

    Pros: We liked the breakfast and the beautiful compound, as well as the restaurant terrace.
    Cons: The rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear every word from our neighbours. In fact, the rooms were connected via a door that was locked. The SPA and especially the gym was a disaster. The gym is full of mold and the machines are full of rust and dirt.

    Cons: Some of the staff are very dismissive and do not make you feel welcome particularly the head waiter who is cold and quite rude which is a real shame

    Lovely stay on the Monnaber Finca

    Pros: Lets first start with the hotel staff. They are the best. Super helpful and super friendly, they made us feel like regulars from day 1. The location of the hotel is perfect, its rural and a bit remote so you will need a car. The hotel is a bit older but we enjoyed this vintage vibe. The restaurant is really nice and for vegetarians they always offer to make you something special outside of the regular menu. Breakfast is good, simple but with enough options for you to choose something and also to eat healthy.
    Cons: The Sauna and Pool could use some quick renovations. You can see this is a bit older and with some little work done it would be looking amazing again.

    Wonderful

    Lovely location, good food and would return

    Pros: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially as we had arrived that morning on the ferry at 5am to Mallorca. We were able to use the hotel facilities for the day before out room was ready, so we arrived at 8am, paid for an additional breakfast and then spent the morning by the pool. Dinner was great, having a bottle of wine of the veranda before heading into a lovely dinner with a table with an excellent view. Although if you want one of those great tables go early!
    Cons: The breakfast was ok, although the coffee was not great and the cooked food was very salty. Also, as we went out of season not all the spa features were working - I am sure if we had asked it would not have been a problem. But i did not want to put the sauna on just for me.

    Pros: The grounds are amazing. Quiet place with animals. We stayed in the second property and the gentleman looking after it was really nice and kind

    Wonderful

    Peaceful location with beautiful views.

    Pros: The location was excellent for those wanting peace and quiet away from crowds. Easy to get to by car and we used the hotel as a base to explore the island. The views were wonderful and the pool was perfect for swimming and relaxing.
    Cons: We booked the room with the kitchenette so that we could make our own lunches and perhaps dinners but there were only very basic facilities and only two plates, glasses and cutlery even though there were three of us and no cupboards to store food. The spare bed for my daughter wasn't very comfy and had to ask for a blanket as she only had a sheet. Our bed was very comfortable and other than the kitchenette it was a great room with lovely outside space.

    Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was exacty as described, very spacious and clean, had a nice little terrace. There is a pool and sunbeds, you can order drinks from a little bar. Breakfast was nice.
    Cons: Soundproofing is very bad, you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and neighbouring rooms. Bathroom door was scratching the floor really loud.

    Highly enjoyable stay after an initial disappointment

    Pros: Beautiful surrounding scenery, quiet and characterful with excellent breakfast and pool area.
    Cons: We did not expect the annexe to be so isolated from the main hotel which drove us to request a transfer, as the annexe is more aligned to a 3 star hotel environment. However, the hotel manager was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our objective feedback and offering us accommodation in the main hotel.

    Pros: Fantastic place and perfect getaway in the countryside. The views are stunning, facilities are great and they serve a delicious, fresh breakfast. Very family friendly and there are a number of activities available including 2 swimming pools, a spa, horse-riding, walks on the property (including farmyard animals). Wonderful restaurant and very helpful and professional staff. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
