Cons: There should be a staff who could fluently speak and understand English. I have to keep repeating my booking details and shes keep on telling theres no such name booked in the computer. Cons: Provide brochure of hotel services, time of breakfast, Our Lady of Lourdes Schedule, on guest table as a quick glance.. stores near by. Most of the guest are elderly and are not technical savvy to get all of info through internet. Also I had a hard time finding my table with names already reserve for breakfast. There are cards with names and no direction or instructions were to sit.

Pros: One of the best locations to the Sanctuary - absolutely great location. Celine and the front desk staff are awesome, very helpful and welcoming. The room has a small fridge and great that the toilet is separate from the shower room . Again, many thanks to Celine and her team.

Cons: Did not eat here as the one time we tried to have dinner, the place was sardine packed with tour groups and one menu for all. There are so many other restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Our room was cleaned every day but you could tell it was on the fly. Not sure why our balcony doors were always left open after cleaning. Because of the location, it is noisy from the garbage pickups, which were done at deep of night. They also have manpower shortage just like the rest of the world, and staff is stretched and stressed with the large volume of customers.
