Pros: The location is good and the breakfast room was pleasant, and the coffee machine dispensed different kinds of coffee. The croissants were exceptional, and there were a lot of them. The staff is wonderful, and the old uncle and nephew go out of their way to help.

Cons: The room was old and outdated, and the street can be noisy at times.

Pros: A young man who worked there carried our luggage up the stairs. It was clean and had a good bathroom. Some items were provided for breakfast.

Cons: It was on the 3rd floor w no elevator. A/C didnt cool well - it was more like a fan.

Superb

Pros: Location was great and the hotel was a great value. Rooms were small and simple, nothing fancy, but everything was clean and comfortable enough. The staff of friendly and they allowed us to store our luggage for a while after check out. Breakfast was modest, it included some fruit, yogurt, bread and cheese, no hot plates. Coffee was good. In general the place is great, just not fancy, I do recommend it.

Get what you pay for - but the Location!!!

Pros: The location was excellent, the beds were surprisingly comfy too. Set down a busy little alleyway with shutter windows that opened out, the view seemed rather authentic.

Cons: The rooms are let down by the bathrooms and lack of decoration. Our bathroom had a very old shower, very tired shower curtain and a hairdryer that had quite literally melted.

Pros: Perfect location! Could walk to everything we wanted to experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again. Not a luxury hotel,but a nice place to stay if you want to spend the days exploring instead of staying in your room. Breakfast was basic, but good.

Great location but very tired hotel.

Pros: Location location location! Perfectly central, busy neighbourhood, lots of shops bars restaurants all near by. For the price you can't really complain. Breakfast was fresh pastries, yoghurt, bread (no toaster) juices and hot drinks. Staff were friendly and it was obviously family run.

Cons: Very very dated rooms decor and furniture. Bed was 2 singles pushed together and creaked with every small movement. Old scruffy blankets piled up in the wardrobe, scuffed and heavily marked walls. Just a really tired hotel. Bedding and towels left a lot to be desired. At 1 point i think we had tea towels for showering. The bathroom absolutely stank of bad drains constantly and even without the horrific smells it was very tired. Cracked tiles, old shower and vanity unit. There were 2 flights of steep steps per floor and we were on the 3rd floor so 6 flights each way and no lift. Paid 300 for 3 nights early October in the centre of Rome so all in all you get what you pay for!

Pros: Amazing location. Hosts were pleasant, if not busy. But people were generally kind.

Cons: Literally everyone else at the property was loud and inconsiderately so. walls were thin and so was woken up at 00:40 with a French family or group yelling at each other on the hall and into their rooms. Then again at 4 am when an Italian couple got back from a night out.

Pros: The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main attractions.

Cons: The furniture in the room is extremely old and the overall cleanliness wasn't great. It was very noisy on our floor, the cleaning ladies woke us up every morning by talking very loudly right in front of our room which was very annoying.

simple but clean and good place to stay in the city center

Pros: great location, the facilities are simple but good. for someone who is looking for a simple room in good location in low budget- that perfect. we came for one night because we came on a late flight and we needed a 24 hr check in available.. the nice staff helped us and we were also able to store our luggage there until our next place was ready. thanks a lot!

Cons: the room is not big, but in a standard way for hotel room. there is a bed, table, and whatever needed, but not more.
