Pros: Unfortunately, the description of the hotel and rooms in Booking.com are not true. The hotel is an old house converted into a hotel everything is damaged and old: roof, walls, floor, furniture, bed linen, towels etc. There is an old fridge leaking, no minibar at all, beds are old, the windows in the bathroom are broken. There is not on-site restaurant The hotel is surrounded by big buildings.

Cons: As soon as we arrived at the hotel reception, they made us pay for the whole stay, 4 nights, without seeing the room, which meant we had to put up with this horrible hotel. There was not wi-fi for 3 days, The breakfast area is located in the small garden of the house, with dirty tablecloths, old tables and old pictures on the walls, The breakfast absolutely disgusting, cold and bitter chocolate, eggs bad prepared, no juice. Pros: All was accepted but rooms close to breakfast area were little noisy. I suggested ask for rooms far from this area. I love it. Next trip to Medellin I will be there again.

Cons: The building needs some upgrades. Curtains have holes and stains. One window glass was missing. Liquid soap in bathroom sink was missing. Towels were very old and edges rough. Curtains do not cover completely the window for privacy.
