Pros: Location was pretty good, within striking distance of Roma.

Cons: Was honestly surprised at the gap between the overall ratings and the actual quality. Rooms were extremely dated. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Shower was set up in a way that there was no way to avoid getting water all over the floor. There was a cockroach in the elevator when we left. I didn't think anything was catastrophically bad, but this didn't feel like especially good value or especially nice—certainly nothing that would suggest the hotel's excellent 8.7 rating at the time of booking. We got a pretty discounted rate, but I still think we overpaid for the quality we received. This was not a room I wanted to spend any more time in than necessary.

Pros: Location was good

Cons: 1. Falsely advertised price. We ended up paying more than the booking amount. 2. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful or accommodating at all. No one smiled. 3. Rooms had a stink to them as all closed up and no exhaust in toilets/bathrooms. 4. Walls were paper-thin, and we could hear the people next door snoring or flushing their toilets. 5. The pipes would make weird loud noises every time the other rooms had their taps open. 6. Room service was really bad. Orders were all incorrect.

Cons: First night was noisy (party at the room besides mine, and they didn´t invite me :-)), so it was hard to fall asleep untill I called the front desk to complain and staff talked to them. Breakfast was poor.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient and central in Zona Rosa The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff was relatively kind and answered our requests

Cons: There is no isolation between the rooms and you can literally hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you and in the corridor, In addition to this noise, every day the maids who work on the floor make a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning (8 am) shouting at each other and also knocking on the door to check if the room can be cleaned. The shower in the rooms is spacious but every opening of the faucet makes a lot of noise. The hotel is clean and tidy but everything is really old, the walls are painted like 50 years ago

Great location for the price

Pros: The location was great for what we wanted, we had a 5am pick up at the angel of independence for our day in teotihuacan and could get there in a 5min walk plus we could wander into roma norte for cafes and bars. The staff were very friendly and the lobby area looked nice.

Cons: The rooms are very basic, and the bathroom a bit run down. I travel a lot with work in the UK and I’d say it is a bit like an older Travelodge or Premier Inn. Don’t need luxury though when there is an amazing city on your doorstep.

Pros: Great location which is walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The HSBC city bikes has a docking station 50m from the hotel entrance. Quite. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
