    Pros: Location is very good , walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps ,restaurants within 5 minutes walking ,Macdonald is also like 6 min walking

    It was a good stay because of the location and helpful staff, i was just put off by the size of the room and the noise i

    Pros: The location is perfect and the hotel is clean, they let us check in earlier than the check in time. The staff is friendly and helpful.
    Cons: They put us in the smallest room which was opposite to the breakfast area which can be noisy at times. I did not expect it to be that tiny if you will compare it to the photos and you can actually hear conversations in the hallway.

    Other than room issue we enjoyed our experience at Oceania.

    Pros: Very attentive staff. Cleanliness of room.
    Cons: One bedroom extremely small. Good for one person. This room much smaller than the one we had a week earlier. Very disappointing. I let staff know but nothing could be done. At the very least I felt we should have gotten charged less for 3 nights my wife and I stayed in this room. I paid for the two rooms we booked. The other room for 3 was very large for my daughter, husband and 2 year old.

    The pictures on line were not of our specific room. We expected a bigger and nicer room and we got.

    Pros: The owners and staff really worked hard to make our stay comfortable. We all loved the doorman Maurizio. The beds were the best we slept on during our whole European vacation.
    Cons: The hotel was quite old and in need of upgrades. The safe didnt work despite multiple tries from the staff so we had to carry our passports everywhere with us. Since the hotel was so old you had to turn in your key to a doorman who stayed on staff 24 hours a day. This was a little awkward but quaint, and I adjusted to the charm of the hotel in time.

    Rich and Paul visit Rome.

    Pros: Tidy, clean and helpful staff/owner.
    Cons: Maybe this was my poor research but was surprised to find the 'hotel' occupied the 3rd floor of a 4 or 5 storey building. Not too much of a problem except the single lift had a maximum 4 person capcity so there was some inevitable delays. Limited but sufficient breakfast.

    An enjoyable stay at a well located hotel with great friendly staff.

    Pros: Hotel is located close to Rome Termini station, so didn't take more than 10 minutes once we arrived at the train station. Room was reasonable size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom and shower excellent. Plenty of electrical points, and a small fridge and a safe were available. Although not a cooked breakfast, there was still a good selection on offer making it worthwhile. Staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.
    Cons: The only thing which we felt the room lacked was coffee/tea facilities. This would have given us everything we could have wanted. Lack of these didn't really detract from the enjoyment of our time at the Oceania, but I think something that the management should consider for the future.

    Enjoyable stay. Great location.

    Pros: We liked the option of breakfast being included in the cost of the room.
    Cons: Travellers need to be aware that there are 3 steep steps to the entrance to the building. A lift is available once you are in the building.
