Pros: strong wifi, friendly staff

Cons: Room is fine, however the TOWEL are very old and rugged which were not so comfortable. Room door do not have an auto lock function and therefore you must lock the door manually when you leave the room, and also lock the door manually from the inside, otherwise the room remains unlocked. You do get used to this, but must be careful if you are used to auto lock doors.

Pros: Wonderful, helpful staff who were friendly throughout my stay. Location is great, far enough from Gare du Nord that its not sketchy but still within 10min walk to station. Metro stops close by. Galleries Lafayette 15min walk opposite direction, overall one of my favourite neighbours Ive stayed in Paris (less touristy). Room/ bathroom was spacious, modern and very clean. I will definitely be booking Hotel Montholon when I return to Paris.

Cons: Only reason I didnt rate this accomodation 10/10 was that the room lacked a little soundproofing to noise directly outside the door (other guests coming and going). Not a huge worry as only a couple of rooms on each floor.

Pros: Location is excellent. It is close to the metro stations and there are many good restaurants around within 10 min walk.

Cons: - the wall is a bit thin (probably typical for this price in center area of Paris) - the bathroom design makes water easily stay on the floor

Pros: I have to think really hard to write something good about this hotel but no There is really nothing good about it.

Cons: Seeing the clean& bright room photos on booking.com, Ive booked this hotel for a family weekend. When we arrived at the hotel it was a big dissapointment. The hotel must have aged a lot since they took the beautiful pictures which they use for advertisement. The room we stayed was very dirty and discusting; the bed was full of hair, pillows didnt have proper covers and yellow stains were visible all over, we found a sleeping mask from a guest who stayed before us, the chair was full of white (I dont even want to think about..) spots The bathroom wasnt different than the room- so it was a total disaster. Next morning hotel manager wasnt helpful nor friendly when we brought up the issue. He simply offered to change our room- however the experience was ruined for us all. Weve booked another hotel immediately and enjoyed the rest of our stay in Paris.

Pros: Small room but was very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and it was in easy distance to public transport with a number of restaurants around the hotel.

Cons: Elevator is very compact, not an issue but was a tight squeeze with 2 people and backpacks!

Cons: There was no slipper in the room. I booked 3 single beds but there was 2 single 1 double bed and the extra bed made the room very tiny. One of the socket was broke. The shampoo and body lotion was in the same bottle? The room was freazing we asked to switch on the heater and they said it is not the time to switch on heaters in Paris now????? It is the most strange thing i ve ever heart!! The last thing when we arrived there they asked 7 for the tax

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Wonderful stay! We celebrated our birthdays and got a room upgrade and chocolates from the lovely man in the reception. We got to the hotel very early and he insisted we wait 30 minutes and gave us the great room that we got :)

Cons: The room wasn't the cleanest we've seen, but it wasn't too bad.
