Pros: This is a must stay 3-4 days. Ask for Gorgeous view side a must. Sheilas favorite is Junior suit Mount Blanc view. Super Great Spa. Fun bar, lovely delicious restaurant. Staff is really worth mentioning.

The hotel is elegant. A real gem.

Pros: The building is immaculate, updated and well maintained. Lovely outdoor spaces to share a bottle of wine with your family. The staff is fantastic and they really made you feel welcome. The front desk toured us around the property before they brought us to our room at the same time the car was being parked and the luggage was being delivered.

Cons: There so many switches it was confusing at times but when you found them it was convenient.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Chamonix.

Pros: Small but lovely room, modern bathroom, balcony with outstanding views, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nespresso coffee machine in the room, free and abundant soft drinks in mini bar! Beautiful warm pool and lovely outdoor grounds for lunch or just relaxing. Small childrens play area.

Cons: As coffee lovers, a self serve coffee machine for guests in the breakfast room would have been more convenient than having to catch someones eye for another coffee. That said, the service was very friendly.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited

Pros: Hotel staff were amazing and couldnt do enough to help. Spa was really nice and the pool area was amazing. Room was nice and very clean, with an amazing view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Great central location and on-site parking which was helpful.

Cons: No air con in rooms so was quite hot during night as visited early September and garden bar staff could have been a bit more attentive but could just go up to the bar to order.
