Pros: While quite small and very generic, the room was comfortable; the hotel is pet friendly for a CHF20 charge, unless you travel with a service animal, they will waive the CHF20 charge upon request. The night-staff was kind and bought the luggage up, thank you!! There is a small Migros (supermarket) across the way, and a city park within 2 blocks.

Cons: Of my 3 weeks trip, this was THE smallest hotel room experienced! Our train came in close to midnight after long travels, so the convenience of the location was a plus! Yet, even for Switzerland, this felt overpriced. Everything was small and bland.

Pros: -Hotel location is great, just opposite Luzern train station -Short walk to Chapelbrucke and the old town -room size is acceptable

Cons: -Internet signal from Hote's Wifi was VERY VERY LOW, I have to drag the chair to sit next to the door to get stronger signal. Sometime, I have to open the door to get a signal too. Things got worse when I ask the staff to solve the problem but nothing happended except the excuse from staff who said "todaywe have a problem with internet connection". and gave me some buy 1 get 1 drink voucher (Which I don't want at all) However, the signal around the frontdesk was always very very strong everytime I came to Front Desk. So I think it is not about Wifi's technical problem and the hotel should do something better than this! -Outside my room there is a hotel's spotlight located next to the window. at 1st night the spotlight opened at night and its light was so strong that even I closed all the curtain, the light still came through and I could not sleep until the spotlight turned off automatically (I can't remember the exact time but it was after midnight). Next morning I asked front desk to do something, they listened and on 2nd night, the hotel installed a thick curtain on my window which spotlight could not pierce through. This was very good, I thank you for that....However, on 3rd night that thick curtain has been removed, I was so shocked when I came back to my room because I did not ask the hotel to took it out until my check out!!! So these were my disappointment and made me decided not to stay in this hotel again in the future. :(
