If you are allergic to dust or smells better dont stay here.

Pros: the location just the location.

Cons: breakfast is awful. the eggs were green the first day. I got sick just looking at them, couldnt even take a picture. the next 2 mornings I did not get close to the eggs, just had toast. overall bad breakfast. good thing there is a minimarket right in front, to buy snacks. The rooms are very old, they have a smell (old smell) in the bed, closet, room. restrooms are very small. I dont think the room we stayed (apartment room) was cleaned before it was very dusty. my clothes got dusty when i had them in my night table. The location is ok. not wonderful just know is about 20 min walk to the bar and restaurants street.

Pros: central and close to many cafes and restaurants. hotel restaurant is surprisingly good: food and service and value.

Cons: small old bathrooms. pool is much smaller than the photos suggest.

I would not recommend this hotel

Pros: location

Cons: this is not a 3 star hotel. rooms are run down. broken fixtures in bathroom, walls and floor was in very poor condition, mattress uncomfortable and A/C did not work. hallways dirty.and Hotel requires major upgrade.

Cons: There were noises from the above floor (9th), I presume it was the restaurant's kitchen, which was a bit noisy every day, not that disturbing but still something to consider.

Pros: Good location. Easy to walk to everywhere. All members of staff helpful. Good shower.

Cons: The plumbing and a/c system were very poor. After checking in, we went to the room and found out the toilet didnt have a flash button. So the receptionist changed room for us. The second room had toilet flash button, but the a/c started to leaking heavily in the evening. There was a big water paddle in middle of our room. Since no one in the hotel could stop the heavy leaking, we had to change room again. The remote control for a/c in the third room didnt work. We had to leave the a/c in a very low temperature for whole night. However, they changed the remote control battery for us next day. All rooms in this hotel dont have shower curtains. Therefore the water splashed all over the bathroom.

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: Location, location, location. Friendly reception staff. Good ar conditioning, bed, pillows and linen change. Good shower (hot water and water pressure) Shampoo and conditioner provided. Freshly painted room and bathroom.

Cons: No availability of water to purchase for the minibar in some days, likewise for beer and only one lift available for 10 floors (breakfast) and many rooms

Pros: Breakfast was by far the best thing about the hotel. The choice though limited was well selected and fresh. The scrambled egg was fantastic. The staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient.

Cons: The room was shabby and the aircon noisy. The photographs do not reflect the hotel. We were first given a room facing an internal wall but on request it was changed. The bathroom needed regrouting, as it had mould growing between the tiles. The bed wasnt comfortable and had rubbery mattress protector. The worst thing though was the response of the hotel management when I was unable to stay for my first night due to flight cancellation following the state of emergency being declared in Chile. I messaged ahead to the hotel to advise on the day of my stay as soon as my flight was cancelled, and arrived at 1pm the following day. They still charged for that first night. Seems like they are making money out of others misfortunes. I have similar issues on this trip with La Paz and the hotel there has been much more understanding. The lack of managerial professionalism and attention to detail is apparent through the hotel. However the staff on reception and at breakfast however were kind and helpful.
