Cons: We stayed over the weekend so it was noisy from venues downstairs. We were given ear plugs and an eye mask so didn’t really affect us but may not suit everyone.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the beds were the most comfortable we had on all our trips. The breakfast was reach and tasty. The position of the hotel was splendid!

Pros: DO NOT EVER RESERVE THIS TOURIST TRAP, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. On the 14th when my mother left your hotel, she asked the receptionist to call a taxi for her. The taxi (which was just a normal car, and not a taxi) scammed my mother 50 euros from your hotel to the airport. She gave the 50 euros to the driver when it was time to pay, and he hided the money and then started yelling at my mother (a 75 years old woman with several surgeries, mind you) to get out of the car, and kept the 50 euros bill without giving her any change. This was done in obvious complicity by the staff at the hotel that called this "driver" to scam tourists out of their money before leaving. Shame on you, disgusting attitude and disgusting human beings. DO NOT EVER RESERVE THIS TOURIST TRAP, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Pros: My mother had her birthday and the man from the reception brought to our room a bottle of champagne with two glasses to wish her happy birthday. It was so nice and so kind of him. Everything was just 5-10 minutes walk. The best location. The receptionists (both of them) were very kind and very helpful.

Pros: The location is extremely central and among historical structures, the clock is 5 minutes away. Overall, the facilities were good in terms of value for money. The breakfast was very good.

Cons: It was a machine noise in the night, the room was outdated, a loot of doors to open after 19:00, a little bit difficult to access it.
