Pros: The staff were friendly, but many of the services were not available. No Pool, no restaurant, except limited breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast was not really very good, especially for the price. After the first morning we went somewhere else to eat breakfast everyday.

Whats up with the pool?

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The website stated there was a pool at the location. After checking in I looked outside and the pool was dry and not operational. I spoke to the management and they said it is only operational during certain period. I told them they should mention this in their ads and he said he would be sure this happened. I looked in the hotel website and it now mentions pool use is seasonal, but I believe this website still doesnt clarify this. I wish all the hotels on this platform list pool status, such as periods/seasons/months they are operational and not just that a pool on the grounds exist. I know a lot of hotels cut their staff due to covid and some cut pool operations to save costs so hotels need to clarify this as well as other services or amenities in their hotels that were available at normal operating circumstances vice under covid measures. A pool on ground is great but if its not operational it has no value for the customer. I hope more guests are not misled like I was.

Pros: The room is quite big and quite clean. What i like the most is i can see the sunrise . The hotel is near in the beach and other destination.

Cons: The hotel is a little bit outdated. The facilities are quite good but not modernized. Lack of lightings in the room. Mini ref cannot make the drinks Cold. Facilities in the room is old like what i said its outdated and has damage like the Lamp and the cabinet . The hallway smells like old carpet(they should put some diffuser) the balcony have a lots of spider webhome i think the cleaning staff have forgotten to clean it.

Pros: The Buffet was really good. You could mix your own bibimbap but also eat bread or cornflakes. There were also salat, fruits and dessert. The bathroom Interior was beautiful. You always get a salat and dessert buffet at the 11th floor with your main dish. Was really good.

Cons: The location was acceptable. I was at the 10th floor and everytime I closed the windows there was a annoying draught. The light in the room was to glaring and one was broken, but that doesn't matter. The floor/carpet was a bit dirty and dusty. But with slippers it is alright. The shower head was green, not hygienic at all. For dining you can eat at the 11th floor. It is la card with two vegetarian dishes. Not pretty much.
