Pros: Me and my sister arrive early, the receptionist let us check in at 12pm. On the second day, after we check out, we store our luggage here free of charge, the staff even gave us a room for us to change our clothes after we came back collect luggage.

Cons: There is no kettle for hot water and airvon was shoot off in the morning automatically.. the elevator is small for the hotel who cater for the group tour guest.

Unpleasant stay in Rome.

Cons: The room was in bad shape. We had trouble with WiFi and the water drainage in the bathroom. When we told the management they sent a repairman late in the evening twice. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the issue. Furthermore some of the staff members were very rude, unhelpful and arrogant. The elevator is in bad shape and potentially a future hazard.The metro is not 500 meter from the hotel which it says in the description, it is rather twice the distance. In the end we requested to have 50% of the cost reduced from our bill, which after a while the agreed upon.

Avoid this hotel unless you don't care about hygiene and cleanliness.

Pros: Hotel has free parking and is a 10min walk away from the nearest metro station. The room itself (not the bathroom) is nicely refurbished.

Cons: Room: 1. Towels (even after asking for replacement) dirty (photo). 2. No extractor fan in bathroom. 3. Shower curtain useless and touches the toilet. Thus the bathroom floor is always flooded. Would be great if the curtain was replaced with a glass wall. 4. Minifridge dirty inside. 5. Air conditioning was barely working. 6. Only one very small rubbish bin in the bathroom. 7. Wifi stopped working on the 2nd day. 8. TV sometimes completely freezes and becomes unresponsive, sometimes the volume goes up/down on its own. Breakfast: 1. Breakfast room is not adequately air conditioned. 2. The breakfast is served in a completely different room than pictured and in the basement.(photo) 3. Cups and plates for breakfast are dirty (photo). 4. Croissants only look but do not taste like a croissant. 5. Coffee seems to taste like Nescafe 3in1. I would have rated this hotel better if not for the dirtyness of the towels and dishware and the lack of hygiene with the shower curtain touching the toilet. It seems that this hotel prioritises tourist groups which arrive by bus for 1-2 nights max and not individual guests. We stayed for 4 nights and the flooded bathroom and unchanging breakfast was ruining the experience. I am also not sure where did the hotel get its 4 stars as it is worth 2.5 maximum.

Pros: Breakfast was decent enough . Decent variety to choose from and compared to other hotel in Europe that we had stayed this was ok. Location was good since it was in quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the metro station was close. They were cafe and restaurant to choose from

Cons: The hotel itself was small that about it that we didn't like other thing was good enough.
