    We had a great time and were satisfied, just recommend to consider the comments of what was miss.

    Pros: The location is excellent. The selection of food and drinks was good. Staff members are great!
    Cons: Absence of safe in the room (although available at the reception for the rate star of the hotel is expected that safe will be in the room). Unavailability of espresso coffee throughout the day (standard espresso from ground coffee was only available at breakfast hours, and the remaining time only Nescaf from machine that is different then standard espresso). Unavailable coffee machines in the room. Not dedicated selection for people on low sugar and low fat diet, although there was something to find, recommend to consider such sections at the buffets.

    Pros: The staff is very kind, the cleanliness is done properly and the hotel is well located to the points of interest, right in the center of the resort, near the promenade street. There are many restaurants and entertainment places nearby, the beach is a 2-minutes walk and the sea can be seen only from the upper floors. The food is better than many other hotels in Albena, but it`s somewhat repetitive.
    Cons: The hotel is overrated, the rooms are medium size and, honestly, I could give it no more than 3 stars. It would be a good choice for 3-4 days accommodation, considering the good price-quality ratio.

    A pleasant vacation, sprinkled with small complaints, mostly due to Booking.co and not to the hotel.

    Pros: Good and varied food and drink. Polite staff. Cleanliness in the room and common areas
    Cons: Lack of minibar in room. Lack of bar on the beach. In the offer I requested guarded parking at the hotel and the unguarded parking cost 20 leva/day without being mentioned in the offer. In the offer you mentioned that I am a genius client and have a 10% discount, in reality it was only 5%. In the offer you mentioned that you can cancel the reservation without costs until 20.08 and on the 19th you urgently requested payment.

    Pros: + really kind, nice, helpfull staff. Thank you for your help and voluntar availability! + nice room, suitable for families of 3-4; We've enjoyed a 4th floor room with nice sea view; + nice pool; + free access to the hotel sea beach, included seabed and sun umbrella. We've missed the availabilty of blankets for beach beds; + nice restaurant with terace and suitable, diverse offers;
    Cons: - cov-19 security messure should be improved - imposed in the free swidish style restaurant; I've seen you comply to the general standard in Albena, unfortunately that is not enough for actual sanitary situation; - availabilty of blankets for beach beds would improve the confort.

    Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely amiable and helpfull. The food was very tasty and with a lot of varieties. The room was kept very clean. Is was cleaned every day. Clean towels every day.
    Cons: The toilets from the comun spaces could had been cleaner, but this could be the blaime of the tourists.

    Very poor.

    Pros: The swimming pool.
    Cons: We asked for a taxi and it didnt come to pick us up, when we went to check-in the receptionist could not speak English very well and we booked two twin rooms and the receptionist told us we booked two single rooms until I showed her the booking on my phone. The cleaner was very rude and aggressive. The food was disgusting and uncooked and for the time we stayed we couldnt enjoy a meal, what we paid for was very disappointing.

    Room facilities fair, food below expectation

    Pros: The room and the hotel facilities were clean. The personnel was nice and helpful. We had a nice surprise, we arrived late in the first day, and as we missed dinner they had for us 2 sandwiches, o small bottle of water and some fruits.
    Cons: The food was very poor quality compared to last year - the only plus would be the fresh fruits. In the room there are only 2 or 3 power sockets and made it difficult to charge the phones or use any device that needs electricity.
