Pros: Everything was perfect! The jacuzzi in the room is great! All spotless clean, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Definitely a lovely place to stay in Verona. Couldn't complaint :)

A 2 star hotel pretending to be 4 stars unfortunately

Pros: The location of the hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from the tourist attractions, so it was nice and quiet in the evenings which is what we were looking for. Also a quick bus ride from the train station. The lady who checked us in was quick and friendly.

Cons: Overall this hotel is a 2 star hotel, a 3 at a push. I stayed in a number of 3/4 star hotels across Italy and this was the worst of them all. The beds in the room were so uncomfortable, after the first night my back was very sore. Every time you moved the springs would make so much noise and dig into you. I have stayed in more comfortable hostel bunk beds. Breakfast was very poor, on the first morning, a male staff member pretty much shouted at us to come in and sit - even though the sign at the door said to wait to be seated. We weren't the only ones this happened to. The scrambled eggs were beyond runny (so much butter), fruit juices were 90% water, with a drop of actual juice.... and so on. If booking here don't pay for the breakfast - much nicer places to eat in verona in the morning.

Perfect for short stay in Verona

Pros: Parking lot incl. underground garage available but still walking distance to Arena di Verona and the old town.

Pros: The place was according to my expectations.

Cons: The oriental looking gentleman in the front desk. I requested him to take a look at my air conditioning in my room due to the room being a little to hot and he came to me making me feel as if I were an inmate in a jail. His argument was that it was too hot outside (which indeed was), but he should have been more polite in his explanation, specially because I approched him in a very friendly fashion. Note: I have been to places with extreme heat, but their air conditioning Systems work better.

Cons: For some bizarre reason, they do not provide a shower curtain in the bathroom. So the floor gets soaking wet when you take a shower. Not a big deal, but that's about all to dislike.
