Pros: The hotel is located very centrally. It is a bit dated but the room is quite modern. The staff was extremely nice. The room had kettle, minifridge and comfortable bed.

Poor
Noisy, smelt of stale cigarette and entrance covered in dog poo. Really disappointed
Pros: Location was the hotels best part. Round the corner from the colesseum. The staff were friendly. The room size for a family was great.
Cons: The smell. Its advertised as a non smoking room but it reeked or stale cigarette smoke. Weirdly the bathroom was the worst smell of it. It was so bad our son who has asthma was moaning so much and we considered not staying the night but we couldnt find availability for a family of 5 elsewhere. We aired the room as much as we could but had to close the window due to the next problem see below. The noise was awful. Even with windows closed the noise from outside was deafening. My family of 5 eventually got to sleep about 1am. The shutters on the window were either broken or missing. Room 202. Right hand shutter had a latch to keep it closed. The left hand shutter had no latch and swung open. The bottom shutter was missing. No curtains. So light from the street below and natural light on sunrise flooded the room. The bathroom was tiny. If you are a bigger person then you would struggle to fit and move about. If you are taller than 5ft 8 then your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. Its squeezed into one small area of the room. There was also a leak by the sink which meant the floor was wet by it if you had bare feet or socks. There was also black mould on the ceiling and some parts of the walls. On arrival the front door and hallway was smeared with dog poo. We had to jump over it and try lift the cases over it. I alerted the staff and he said hed clear it up but it was a half hearted job so for our stay we were avoiding dog poo at the entrance. The baby cot was also dirty and stained. My toddler also dropped some water on the tiles floor. I used a towel to wipe it up so no one slipped and the towel was disgusting after which showed me how dirty the floor was. And that was with only a little wipe. Several photos taken. With all the above issues it meant my family were really grouchy the next day after no sleep and it had a real knock on effect on the last few days of our holiday.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable hotel.
Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location amazing, literally a stones throw from the colloseum and walking distance to most other places of interest. The bed was really comfortable. There is no lobby but that really wasnt a problem for us as we were just after somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was at a fantastic little cafe up the road again the staff were really helpful and the croissants delicious!

Great location. The staff were wonderful.
Pros: The location was great. Many shops and restaurants outside our room. Very convenient for us. We could walk and see many historic sites. We were right near the coliseum. The room and bathroom were a little small, but we loved it.
Cons: We were on a busy street. It was noisy, but we didn't mind it.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff and location were wonderful!
Pros: The location was amazing and the staff was super friendly.
Cons: The shower was very small. It did the job but the entry way was very small and we are not large people.

Wonderful
Old world charm in the heart of Rome
Pros: Hotel Labelle is a small hotel, located on the 3rd floor of a historic building within sight of the Roman Forum. Our room was spacious, with beautiful high ceilings, and was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming, on the premises at all times, and helpful in calling taxis for us. The elevator is small, but seems very sturdy. We found the photos of the rooms on Booking to be accurate. The baths are fully updated. There's nothing flashy about the hotel, but it is very charming.
Cons: Like most hotels in Italy, the walls are thin. It was a little difficult to crawl into the high-sided tub without a grab bar, and we never mastered using the shower wand without flooding the floor. But those are minor complaints for an otherwise pleasant stay.

A big thank you to the stuff
Pros: The stuff was excellent, that makes a place always more welcoming as anything else. Very friendly and very helpful
Cons: In general we were satisfied with the hotel. Nothing bad to say about it. It is a bit old yes, but clean and decent, the price was ok , since we were right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit.
