    Pavarotti's room

    Pros: The staff were most welcoming and on our departure even escorted us to the ferry to catch our flight. Location, central yet tranquil with easy access to key attractions. Room was breathtaking and sooooo comfortable. This hotel is a hidden gem.
    Cons: Seriously, I can't find fault......its that good

    Pleasant and convenient value for money

    Pros: Conveniently located and quite easy to find from water bus stop. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful.
    Cons: Typically small European hotel of that level. Not unexpected, just tiny. My room was very hot with full afternoon sun. AC turned off for the season so I just kept the window open.

    Pros: The staff was so helpful and the location perfect for our stay. The outside taverna was fun- especially for people watching the evening of the opera.

    Room with a view in Venice!

    Pros: Great location - close places of interest and to very good restaurants. Good room, comfortable beds, good shower and AC. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful.
    Cons: Absolutely nothing.

    Quaint hotel with adequate facilities, no modern features, like smart tv or unplayed bathrooms, good location, expensive

    We cut our stay in half it was so bad

    Pros: Nothing
    Cons: The room was dated and bare. The bathroom was cramped and the hot water spotty. There was a restaurant right below window with outdoor seating with patrons loud conversations heard clearly well after 1:00 am. There were no screens in the window, the halls were dirty, but the biggest issue was the rude staff- all this for a room priced at $350 a night!

    Pros: Charming hotel perfectly positioned in Venice. Rooms could use some polishing up but that really doesn't even matter when you're in Venice. Location is important and this hotel is perfectly positioned. Also it has an extremely authentic and charming vibe to it, including the garden and restaurant.

    Excellent location and breakfast, old mattresses

    Pros: Excellent location, real art on the walls, next to the opera house. Compared to other Italian hotels the breakfast was really good.
    Cons: The mattresses were really old and the bed gave a noise at every turn. This hotel with this overall quality shall at least change the mattress and fix the bed.
