Pros: Very comfortable bedroom. Easy to park. Breakfast included in the price and a great value dinner in the res. But most of all thank you to the staff who were all excellent.

Pros: The location was good, outside of the centre but within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist were friendly and very helpful.

Cons: There werent many guests in the hotel so staff were short. We went to the terrace bar twice but no one was there to serve us, so we left. The lady who served us in the restaurant wasnt very friendly to be honest & it was almost like we were putting her out just by being there?! Tea & coffee making facilities wouldve been nice in the room. My husband and I were poorly during our stay so wanted the food in our room but we were told that wasnt possible. Surely room service would have been better than potentially infecting your staff and any other guests? As we were ill, we spent much of our time in our room but not one single English Channel to watch on the tv. There was German & Spanish. If you have English guests then at least one English Channel would be nice, you didnt even have the option to change the language or have subtitles.

Pros: Very quiet hotel. Everything was very clean. Very spacious lounge area and lobby. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons: No vending machines working on any floor. No facility to top up a reusable water bottle. Only place to get water is at the lounge bar when they are open. A lot of flies in lobby, lounge and breakfast area all the time.

Probably the best placed hotel in the town, which was itself really interesting.

Pros: Good breakfast; let us in early; bedroom fine. The town itself was well worth a visit.

Cons: Breakfast in basement, a bit dark; car parking a nightmare, paid to park along the street a way down. Arrived just after lunch hour finished, impossible to get anything to eat in the town.
