Pros: Nothing

Cons: They try to take your passport and keep for a few hours. Dont do this. Let them take photocopy. They double booked my room and at 2AM when I was asleep; a whole family walked into my room. I was stunned and felt unsafe. I tried to call down to the lobby but the phone doesnt work. I went down to complain but manager wasnt on-site and they did nothing to help me. No offer for compensation of room nothing. I was traveling alone and lost sleep over this. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone especially if youre traveling alone. They didnt care at all that they did this to me. Very disappointed. I give them a zero.

Lovely pool area, fabulous staff but location not ideal.

Pros: Helpful staff, great AC, spacious room, variety of food at breakfast and the pool and area was lush!

Cons: Set menu at dinner which my children wouldn't touch (they are fussy!). Many restaurants nearby closed so hard to eat out, we had looked at local maps and it looked like there was a good choice! Lived on delivery.

Pros: Besides being a very clean hotel, the gym premisse is absolutely amazing. Im a professional bodybuilder and was able to do my everyday workouts (very well equipped). The staff was all outstanding. I dont really call out names but Emanuelle (he works at the restaurant) was just amazing! Hes service is excellent and puts the client first making you feel always welcome. If youre looking to visit Cagliari, look no further for a GREAT place to stay.

Pros: The pool is a bit small for a hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable room but could do with a refresh of more modern, fresh, bedspread and curtains.

Cons: The area is really ugly and rundown. Not practical. We need to use the car to get to beaches and better locations. Not a clean area.
