Good location but cleanliness could be improved

Pros: Location nearby Roma Termini. Friendly staffs. They do room cleaning daily.

Cons: 1. Wifi connection is very bad in the room ( our room is just 5 steps away from reception. 2. We have 2 single beds where 1 bed is sinking when I lay on it 3. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Pee odor from the toilet. Shower room has some black mould at the corners line.

I would probably choose another hotel.

Pros: like economy class, good enough breakfast, sausage, cheese, muffins and yogurt. Location is good, staff was very friendly, praise that the rooms are cleaned every day.

Cons: The room didn't match the photo at all, it was small enough that we almost didn't fit :), there was no wardrobe, no shelves, I put my clothes on the minibar, (but one of the rooms where other family members lived was spacious enough), hot water was only available for a limited time, 10 p.m. till 8 a.m. had to shower under cold water

Dusty stay without wifi at Rome city centre

Pros: The location and the staff

Cons: It was very dusty, the fan and the curtains were grey from dust. The breakfast was not worth it, the coffee tasted of dirt and there were only bread and pastries. And worst of this stay was the non existent wifi. The wifi was not working in the room at all, the staff member tried to help us with it, restarting all the routers but it still didnt work. There is a tv in the room with Netflix and Youtube but does did not work as well because as I said there was no wifi.

Very happy with our stay at the Giotto Flavia in beautiful Rome. Good location and great value for money.

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The front of house staff were very helpful.

Cons: The TV was tiny.

Disappointing

Disappointing!!! We understand that buildings in Rome are old, but this hotel should not be described as a boutique hote

Pros: Its difficult to find something positive to say about the property except that the proprietors were very personable. The website is somewhat deceptive giving one the illusion that the accommodations are larger than they are.

Cons: Many things come to mind, but Ill just list a few. Cob webs, broken floor tiles, stained walls, missing baseboard, limited security, no one from staff on the premises around the clock, poor shower drainage, condensation from the interior A/C unit dripping on the floor and deceptive description on the website about access to a private balcony. We reserved an economy room, but none of the items listed above shouldve been an issue whether economy or standard.

Pros: The room was clean.

Cons: Staff lacked explanation and were unfriendly. The shower drain was clogged. Cost performance is poor.

Exceptional

Exceptional

Pros: The staff was amazing, especially Alessio, who helped us at every time of day and gave us suggestions on places to visit in the city. The room was very clean with air conditioning, and the breakfast was very nice, it had drinks and pastries.

Cons: The placement of the shower was a little weird because it was placed in the middle of the room and made out of opaque glass, so not everyone will be comfortable with it. However, we got used to it very fast, and it didn't really bother us.
