Cons: The location is next to a brothel. There are a lot of junkies in the neighbourhood. It didn't seem safe at all. The furniture in the room looked old and second-hand bought. We couldn't lock the bathroom door.

Pros: Close to downtown, clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons: Didnt realize that it was smack dab in the middle of the red light district. I had my three younger boys with me so not a great area.

First impressions

Pros: The staff was very nice,honoured our request for early check-in, and they were always smiling.

Cons: Firstly, when we got to the hotel, it was noisy with drug addicts all over the place. Secondly, when we got our hotel key ,when we got to the room the towels and bed sheets that had been changed where just left at the door ,we had to jump over them to get inside. Thirdly, when we entered the room, there was a bad cigarette stench in the room for a non-smoking room. It was really bad that we had to turn on the fan to try to clear out the bad smell, but it did not help at all. Fourthly,the Tv in the room was not working it was actually broken, but they still advertised the room having a TV inside it. Overall, our experience was bad, and to be honest, it was not value for money, and I would not recommend it to anyone. They need to upgrade their hygiene policy and housekeeping etiquette.
