    A good hotel could be better with a few tweaks

    Pros: Close to bars and restaurants+ clean. The guy on reception on 3rd day was great , good information and happy + attentive
    Cons: The guy behind reception for the first 2 days was useless , he had no charisma & was not good with information .walls from the rooms are very thin , so noisy people can be annoying

    Pros: The location is great; on a quiet street but just minutes away from Corso Umberto. The staff is nice and friendly, especially the cleaning lady. The pool area is definitely a plus, though it stays in the shadow from approximately 1pm onwards (September). Great breakfast selection! Though coffee is served to the tables, so I wish there was at least filter coffee option as self service. Easier for us whose minimum coffee cup size is Starbucks tall. :) All in all I had a nice stay, grazie!
    Cons: Really a small thing, and I appreciate the gesture, but cleaning is actually too thorough. In my opinion it should always be optional, or at least the towels shouldn't be changed daily if not specifically requested. It is unnecessary and not environmentally friendly.

    Great location at a hotel with potential to improve.

    Pros: The hotel is located in a prime position close to the city centre. Overall, the amenities available were good, including a large swimming pool that would be excellent for summer. The room I had was large and had a great outlook. The staff were very pleasant and keen to assist.
    Cons: The primary issue that I had was the room (Junior Suite) did not correspond with that advertised on Booking.Com. It felt that it had been recently renovated and not completely finished, including a lack of tea/coffee making facilities, room safe, virtually no wifi reception, and fixings such as toilet roll holder and towel rail/rack. Feedback was accepted by the management.

    Highly recommend

    Pros: Superb location a few steps from Main Street but very quiet. Excellent staff. Very professional. Lovely pool. Excellent breakfast with abundant fresh fruit and choice. Very well appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with rain showers and mosaic tiling. Very quiet. Couldnt be better.
    Cons: Perhaps the breakfast room itself is a little sterile but really, I recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in Olbia
