Amazing girls trip to Mallorca

Pros: The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel every night and all of the food was delicious. They changed up the menu every day so we never got tired of eating there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and overall hotel were clean. The pool and bar area are very nice as well with a beautiful view of the sea and we loved the little cliff latter that gave us access into the sea. Overall we loved our time here and would come back!

Cons: On our first night there was a cockroach in our room. I was hoping they could offer us a different room but they did not have any available. A staff member did come up to get rid of it and let us know that this is an unfortunate problem across the whole island. However other than the one incident, there were no other signs of any other bugs the rest of the trip.

Pros: Location is excellent, breakfast had a great selection of everything you could want, the views were stunning from our room and the pool area!

Cons: My only complaint would be that for the 5 days we were there not once did we get a sun lounger around the pool, people seemed to leave their towels on the loungers and head off for the day which was a bit annoying since the pool was empty most days!

Cons: There were ants everywhere. In the room, bed, bathroom, restaurant. We had foreign hair in our bed. We had noisy neighbors in the next room. They used to party there at night despite it being forbidden. I had to call the front desk three times to solve this problem. We had paid half board, however at the first dinner we were told we could not start eating unless we ordered a drink which was paid for. Even drinking water was not free, but quite overpriced. The hotel should warn guests about such a condition in advance. We were disappointed with this holiday. It was definitely not worth the money.

Perfect place to chill and enjoy all that Majorca has to offer.

Pros: Excellent facilities, clean and vibrant. Staff were lovely and friendly and food was very tasty with lots to chose from. Sea view room is a must the views are spectacular. Private walk down to the sea from the hotel was a lovely feature to be able go down from hotel straight into the sea.

Pros: The location on the cliff is very beautiful. I liked the sunloungers overlooking the sea. Keep in mind that there is no sand beach and you can enter the sea by ladder, which was totally fine for me, but for someone this walk downstairs may be a bit steep. The breakfast selection was excellent, also nice and tasty options for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had late arrival and early check-out and it was perfectly taken care of. Would definitely love to come back.

Cons: I had a room with a sea view, which was perfect, but overlooked the restaurant terrace - I felt a bit the lack of privacy, when people were having breakfast/dinner right in front of my balcony, but this is not a big problem though :)
