Cons: A bit too expensive for what it was. Additionally, the noise coming from the hallway was way too loud, waking us up multiple times early in the morning. Having a better noise insulation at the door would help.

Pros: Breakfast provided, second staff member assisting me with was friendlier.

Cons: I travel extensively (leisure & for work), hence stay at many hotels. I chose this hotel as it was within walking distance to the train station yet was not in the midst of the hustle & bustle (no inner city street noise). I was not putting high expectation for this hotel as it is 3* however what I do expect as basic necessities are cleanliness, and maybe a timely problem- solving attitude from hotel staff. I had a room change, however encountered further concerns in the next room, this left me quite dissatisfied and I had to contact Booking.com to resolve a matter with the hotel because the staff member (I won’t name her) said she was not able to assist with my time sensitive request because she “didn’t know” (and did not provide an alternative contact to resolve the issue in a timely manner) - this was pushed onto her colleague working the next day). Maybe she had a long day and shared this attitude with hotel guest. This overall created disruptions to my plans and inconvenience for my trip. On a positive note the breakfast& coffee in the morning was good, including hot option of eggs in a nice sit down area with nice touches (like flower vase on each table).

Pros: Breakfast was great and served in time according with the schedule. WiFi was okay and they also give you a ticket to use public transportation for free in Zurich. Location is very good, 10-15min walking from the Luzern main train station, great neighborhood. Great staff, very helpful and kind.

Cons: Room was good, clean. Only problem was related to the size of the bed, since we were two and had two individuals together, which is uncomfortable once you get in the middle.

Pros: Great location and helpful staff, value for money breakfast. But the bathroom was really annoying. The shower was fixed on the roof! the shower gel was in portions on small plastic bags that required a knife to open, and the bathroom light switched off every 2 minutes.
